Love Whilden! The owner and salespeople were so supportive when I came in looking to update my wardrobe and was feeling a little lost about what would fit my needs. I had 2 people helping me (including the owner) and left with the best clothes for my style update. No one was pushy, only supportive. Thank you! So glad we have Whilden in Chapel Hill!

Whilden is one of the best boutiques in the area. Having relocated from NYC, I missed the boutique experience, and Whilden completely stepped-in to fill the void. Their inventory is constantly changing, so there are fresh items on a weekly basis. They also do special events with designers and with local artists. They are always my go-to when I am heading to a special event or just need a wardrobe refresh, and you can keep apprised of their inventory via their Instagram page.

Whilden is the best boutique in the Chapel Hill area, hands down! They have the latest styles for a variety of ages and price ranges. The staff members are always so welcoming and personable. Whether I’m looking for a special occasion dress, flattering jeans and a cute top, or something casual and comfy, Whilden is my go-to shop!

Whilden makes my life easier! The ladies in the store can always help me find the right thing to wear to help me feel my best. It is so much more efficient than shopping online, guessing sizes, and making returns. I can make a quick trip to Whilden, let the ladies help me figure out what looks best, and get on with my day.

This shop always has fresh, new looks coming in! and a great range of items from some fun/fancy date night looks to some cozy/comfy loungewear. I've found great last-minute gifts for friends/family from some of the jewelry/home items as well...

My favorite boutique.

Order some items online from Whilden, 4 items total. They waited days to ship and then cancelled 3 of the items saying they were out of stock. A minute after (literally) I got the email about the cancelled items I emailed back requesting to cancel my whole order as I didn't want to pay $10 shipping on one item. Hours later I get the response saying since they didn't hear back they only shipped what they had available (even though they didn't bother to take the package to the post office for 3 days after this conversation). Courtney Whilden (who I was emailing with) said she would refund my $10 shipping charge...which would of been great if she had ever done it. 6 days & another email later...crickets. Not to actually give me the $10 refund they offered is kind of ridiculous. Why bother to offer it?
