Erin at the Goodnight Sleepstore was very helpful, informative, and accommodating! Excellent knowledge of the products, extremely personable, and provided excellent customer service! Very impressive! On top of all that, I got the PERFECT mattress for me. Great all-around experience, from start to finish!

When I first walked in the Chapel Hill store I had the mindset of just looking at mattresses. By the time I left after feeling so welcomed by Erin, I purchased a beautiful Sterns and Foster Mattress. Erin was so knowledgeable and had such a warm personality. She didn't pressure me at all. She gave me all of the information I needed to make a choice. Definitely not like other mattress stores. During the delivery process Erin was constantly in touch giving me updates. When the day finally came, two young gentlemen delivered my mattress. They were so polite and professional, they made the process easy. The first night I was able to sleep on it was amazing. I usually get up at 5:30am but the next morning I didn't get up until 8am and felt great! No backaches, no creaking, or sinking in the middle like my previous mattress. This mattress makes such a big difference. Thank you ladies and delivery men for all you've done for me individually and collectively. I know this is a lot, but so is my gratitude. Bless you all.

Great experience purchasing a mattress at the Goodnight Sleepstore in Chapel Hill. We were looking to upgrade our almost decade old queen mattress to a king one. Bekah was the sales associate that day and we found her to be super sweet. She’s very knowledgeable about mattresses, noting the materials being used, different sizes that are available and any additional features. She gave us ample time to try out the mattresses and made sure that we found one that suited our needs. With all that said, we ended up purchasing the mattress of our dreams all thanks to her help. The delivery process was also very quick and seamless. The guys showed up on time and helped move our old mattress to our guest bedroom. They helped put on the mattress cover and everything. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had an absolutely incredible experience with A Goodnight Sleepstore in Chapel Hill. Everyone we interacted with was absolutely incredible. They were all so kind, warm and welcoming. We purchased our mattress with Casandra, who made our experience incredible. Best of all, we were able to take our time, try out all the mattresses and get all of our questions answered without feeling pressured at all. No pushy sales staff here. Best of all, by purchasing a mattress here you get the satisfaction of supporting a locally owned family business, and you get the best price. We shopped all over and we got the best deal here. I cannot recommend this store enough. Make sure to come here if you are shopping for a mattress, you won’t be disappointed!

I just moved to Chapel Hill from across the country and needed a new mattress. My dad and I went to A Goodnight Sleepstore because of the fabulous online reviews, and we had an excellent experience! Our sales associate, Cassandra, was a delight, and expertly guided me around the store until I found the perfect mattress for me! She was never pushy, and gave me plenty of time to lay on all the mattresses I was comparing. The mattress I ended up buying was in stock at the store, so it was delivered the very next day, which was really helpful. The two men who delivered my mattress were kind, quick and able to navigate easily around weird corners in my apartment. Overall, this experience with A Goodnight Sleepstore was a wonderful welcome to the area!

I cannot share enough positive things about my experience with this store! We needed a new mattress in the middle of the stay at home orders. They were extremely kind and knowledgeable on the phone and exceptionally accommodating! We will definitely use them again when we need another mattress!

I went to the goodnight sleep store after sleeping on the mattress from hell for four years. Rachel let me and my children in and was very knowledge in helping me select the right mattress for my growing family bed. They delivered very fast which was pertinent as I was due to deliver at any day. My mattress was brought to the house on Saturday afternoon and my third child was delivered Monday morning. Laboring at home made such a difference on a good bed.

We purchased a new bed and needed new box springs and mattress. Goodnight folks were great. Bed delivery was delayed and Goodnight Sleepstore was very understanding and patient. Erin and Bekah were awesome!

We stopped into A GoodNight Sleepstore after reading the good reviews. Erin was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and low-pressure. She really knows her mattresses and pillows! She listened to our needs, asked about our sleeping habits, and offered several options. We decided on a Sealy hybrid, and completed our purchase including scheduling the delivery in less than an hour.

Definitely make a point to come into this locally owned, woman owned business in Chapel Hill!

We have had such a wonderful experience with The Better Sleep Store. Their costumer service is above and beyond the call of duty! We purchased our mattress 2 years ago and through no fault of The Better Sleep Store the mattress lost support. We went into the store in order to try out several models so that we could start the warranty process. This process is not the stores responsibility, yet John spent well over an hour going through models and information even when he knew he wouldn't be selling us a mattress. We are so happy with the service we received from start (original purchase in 2012) to finish! Thank you Better Sleep Store!

Recently purchased a mattress here, What a great experience!! Customer service was top notch, I didn't feel pressured with Erin and Rachel. They went into detail about comfort, price, bed and pillow reviews and we were so pleased with not so typical sales pitch. They let us ask questions, answered concerns, you will not be disappointed when you go check this place out!!

My doctor first recommended that I go to the Better Sleep store several months ago when I was experiencing neck pain. I tried out several pillows in the store and I haven’t had problems with my neck since! Since I had such a good experience, my fiance and I went back to shop for a new bed. They have a large selection of mattresses and Cassandra guided us through the many options in mattress types and firmness, enabling us to learn our preferences and methodically make a decision. She and John were both great people with whom to work, because they were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and not pushy in the least. I will urge anyone I know who is looking for a pillow or a mattress to go there first!

Erin and Rachel are absolutely amazing! I didn't feel pressured to settle on any one particular mattress, and when I wanted to do a bit more shopping around, I wasn't hassled about it. We went to The Better Sleep store not having looked at bedding in thirty years. Cassandra took a full hour just to give us an orientation to all that was new and to help us choose the option that fit our needs. (Two only children aren't easy to please!) We ended up with a great solution at a very reasonable price. The delivery was right on time and went very smoothly. I'd recommend this place highly as they have a wonderful selection, knowledgeable sales people, and PATIENCE with customers who want to really understand the choices. Better Sleep Store is great and Cassandra Davis is as well.

Positive experience every time! Great customer service and knowledgeable sales staff and deliverymen. There's just no comparison between the Better Sleep Store and all those chains - we've bought three beds and two toppers here. One box spring came broken from the manufacturer and they handled replacing it quickly, they had our back! I love our SavvyRest latex, worth every dime, and have bought two Beautyrest beds as well. Highly recommend this company!!
