Bienville Orthopaedic Specialists - East Lake (Gautier/Vancleave)

The most amazing professionals I have ever encountered. Every visit they made you feel welcomed and were always engaged in a friendly way. They leave you with a feeling you have been around long times friends or really wonderful family. Highly impressed!

Both my husband and myself have been involved with this practice for approximately 10 years. While it is a very busy practice, they are efficient at registration and reception. The clinical staff is superb at every level. Related clinical services are provided at the same location, making it very convenient. My most recent surgery was provided by Dr. Noblin, who did an outstanding job. His bedside manner is commendable. He takes the necessary time to answer all questions and behaves as if I am the only patient in the office. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been to this office several times now. It is one of the cleanest and most well run doctors offices I’ve ever been to. I have never had a bad experience with any staff member. I rarely even have to wait until my designated appointment time. I’m always seen early. Dr. Coleman’s staff are so polite and helpful. The entire process is as efficient as you can imagine. My questions are answered promptly, which I usually do not because each step is explained thoroughly. I travel about 50 miles one way to do there and do not mind that at all. Five stars for this office all day.

Very pleasant staff. Was my 1st time for the urgent care.Got in and didn't have to wait long for xrays or to be seen. Was so happy I didn't have to go to the ER. My thumb was not broken.Thank the heavens. The doctor and nurses were fantastic and had a sense of humor!

My experience at Bienville can only be described as excellent. From the moment Casey came for me at as close to the scheduled time as any doctor visit ever until I walked out of the door, I felt like I was in expert hands. Rosie was very thorough and informative. She is so kind and caring. I could not ask for better.

The staff at Bienville Orthopedic Center are all so very nice and efficient. I had never used this clinic up until about six months ago when I needed to have a shoulder replacement. The doctors, nurse practitioner‘s and nurses are all so good and personal with their patients. They also have all the physical therapy equipment and Supplies and radiology right there in the clinic if needed and you don’t have to go anywhere else. I will be using them in the future if needed. I recommend them for all your orthopedic needs.

I had f/up appt. & saw Rosemarie. She is always a joy to see. Professional, very detailed with instructions for my care.

I needed to be seen before the actual date I was given for an appointment with my regular doctor. I went through the Urgent care and was taken care of in a very short period of time. I received excellent care and highly recommended using the Urgent Care if necessary. Every worker was courteous and respectful.

Service from Amanda was Outstanding! She explained and answered all my concerns and gave me the information based my test results. She made me feel comfortable and reassured. She is a true professional and I appreciate her and her work skills. She gave me the feeling of trustworthiness, which is very important to me.

I was so grateful to be seen so quickly at Bienville Ortho Urgent Care. Bobby Shows, NP and all of the staff honestly were very gentle, compassionate and thorough. I felt heard and genuinely cared for by everyone from the intake staff to the checkout counter. Though I am a long time patient at Bienville, this was my first visit to the Urgent Care and I was so grateful. The last time I had to go to the ER I waited over 8 hours to be seen. This was an in and out, being seen in the room, X-rays, scheduling an MRI, scheduling a follow appointment with my regular doctor and all, in maybe just over an hour. Well Done Everyone!!!

I took my daughter here for a possible torn ACL. The entire experience from making the appointment to communication regarding scheduling an MRI (I have a complicated work schedule/environment) everyone was SO sweet and helpful!! The ladies at the front desk were amazingly helpful, nice, and efficient with EVERY patient there. We saw Jason (who works with Dr. Noblins) he was SO helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. I am really happy that my daughter is being treated by such a great staff and great doctors! THANK YOU ALL!

I believe Amanda is a blessing to her profession. She is a compassionate soft spoken person with a wonderful bedside manner. She will sit with you and answer all your questions. In this day and age every doctor has a NP on staff and you deal with that person instead of the doctor. I feel very confidant that Amanda knows her stuff and I'm in the best hands. That's not the case with other NP's that I interact with. Between Amanda, Dr. Coleman and the other staff this is the best pain clinic I've been to, an I've been through 5 clinics in 24 years.

My first time here. Jason Lowery was awesome. He's so friendly, listens makes you feel so welcome along with all the staff.
He took fluid off my knee and did a steroid shot. I hardly felt it. I am so happy I went to him.

We had a very pleasant experience from when we walked into the clinic until we left. Everyone was so nice and willing to help. Bobbie Shows CFNP was extremely professional and explained everything so well that my child Emmeline could understand.

I recently had a complicated, three-procedure back surgery. Rosemarie (Rosie) Landry, NP, took the time to thoroughly answer all of my pre-surgery questions with easy to understand descriptions. She explained everything so completely that I had no questions for Dr. Winters other than, “How soon can we do it?” Rosie (as I was corrected), also gently removed the surgical staples two weeks after my surgery. Again, she took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns completely. I trust and highly recommend Bienville, Dr. Winters, and Rosie for any orthopedic need.

I had a most pleasant experience yesterday. A very orderly and fast process. Friendly people everywhere.This must be a great place to work.

Dr. Meadows was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Excellent communication skills. Answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns.Office staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Office was clean and uncluttered. I would recommend, wholeheartedly.

I literally only felt a pinch when I was administered my steroid shots in my knees. I was able to have a very informative conversation with Mr Lowery about my issues, he answered and spoke to me in a well respected manner and I did not feel rushed. One of the best appointments I’ve had since Dr Drake retired.

They are always nice and always tries to find a solution to any issue. Their main concern is the patient and their comfort. Thank you to ALL staff for your kindness ❤
