Received my order fast and the staff was very polite. Facility was clean and everything in working order. They also have a play area for children.

This McDonald's is the Western location equipped with a play palace. The customer service here is fantastic, and the family-friendly atmosphere really embodies southern hospitality and pristine customer service. The fries stay hot, so keep up the good work!

I tried out the mcbroken website, which tells you if the ice cream machine is working or not. They were right! The machine was indeed working at this location! I got a chocolate milkshake and it was delicious. Also, the staff members were very courteous and quick. This location's dining area is closed for construction, but the drive thru worked very well indeed.

My burger was very dry. The drive through worker is amazing.

We live in Alabama and honestly do not eat often at McDonalds. However, we read an article from Todd Starnes about Brenda here.

The fact that the management and ownership of this business allows Ms. Brenda to serve as she does and change people's lives has prompted us to give these 5 stars. Also, we are going to be traveling out west from Alabama in the next few weeks, and plan to hopefully stop by early on our way back through to meet Ms. Brenda herself!

The manager who was there around noon was the most nicest man me and my son had a nice chat with him, and he was very professional. I have never seen a manager at a McDonald's that is nice and pleasant and eager to help

friendly service and a cool kids play area.

First morning when my son and I arrived in Ocean springs to move here we stopped and encounter Ms. BRENDA! She was a breath of fresh air and asked how I was since I looked so tired first thing in the morning and told her we just arrived after driving 12 hours all night. She gave us a smile, a huge prayer and sent us on our way with our breakfast. My only complaint is the very very limited menu! It's such a basic items menu and missing so many things I am use to from OH, PA and NC. But will return in the mornings for Ms. BRENDA and a drink

Best McD in the area!!! Always food is hot and correct. I wish I got her name but the sweet lady in the drive thru (she has long greying curls in her hair) she is a beautiful person and does an AMAZING job. Please pass this on to her. Keep up the great work!! (Love from the family in the truck that you blessed)

I placed a somewhat confusing order at the drive thru and ended up paying for an extra tea drink. It was busy and so I just told the lady not to worry about it. Instead she literally ran somewhere came back and gave me a refund for the tea. This is a little thing but it made us feel good to encounter a very busy fast food employee who cared. She had an angel crocheted pinned to her shirt and I wish I had gotten her name.

I do mobile orders from this McDonalds. I haven’t had one single order come to my car wrong or missing items. I know fast food places can get super busy so mistakes are just part of the process. I have been pleasantly surprised that they haven’t let me down.
My customized Big Macs always have the extra sauce, they never have forgotten my sauce for nuggets and the chocolate chip cookies are never burnt.
If they ever in the future forget something I will 100% understand because they have been on top of it and have been amazing.

They have the most pleasant group of people working here😊 they make even a quick cup of coffee a nice experience!

This McDs is one of the better run franchises. Always prompt service and consistent food quality. You can't go wrong with most of the lower end fare. Of course you can also spend more on their pricier offerings if you are feeling flush.

I had a very unique experience here at this McDonalds. I'm a woman of faith and I am certainly grateful that the lady waiting on us in the Drive-Thru at the window prayed over us; at that time it was something that we certainly needed. Thank you, the service was great but that employee deserves a big hug and a push up for her welcoming attitude.

It's McDonald's. It's Easter. The kids working were front and center. I hope management gives them a bonus for working a family holiday. They are a sweet lot.

I eat a lot of McDonalds. There are two out of hundreds in my mind that are consistently fast with great service and to boot the food is what it should be. Hot and well put together. Oh the other one Atmore , Alabama

We go here often for breakfast, mainly for the blessing from Mrs Brenda. I also love the sausage McMuffin. This drive thru is so much faster than the store in Biloxi by the Hard Rock

Went through drive through. Staff was friendly. Didn't wait on food got it fight waay. Hot and fresh.

Service is always amazing when I visit. Workers are genuinely kind and understanding. Have never had a wrong order. Best McDonalds in Ocean Springs for sure.
