I want to thank Ms. Lacey, Ms kassandra, Ms. Carie, and the PT Ms Elizabeth and the rest of the staff that helped take care of my mother Rebecca Clement. They did such an awesome job . They were very respectful, polite and caring. They made sure that she was being taken care of every step of the way and made sure that the family knew she was ok every step of the way. They deserve a raise and a promotion along with the lady at the front desk . She was very respectful and polite as well. Thank yall very much and God bless yall.

When I needed multiple tests to be done preoperatively, I was told that the Neuroscience Center was quicker than the outpatient department at the hospital so I went there. I was delighted to find that I had been steered in the right direction. I was in and out of there in no time at all. All of the staff were courteous, competent, friendly and extremely helpful. Now this is how a medical clinic should run!!!

Do they even EVER answer the phone!??!?

Your phone calls will never be answered. Leaving multiple messages begging for a return call will lead to nothing. If you call other SR contact numbers you will be referred to call the number no one ever answers. You will get no response through the app unless your question is billing related. They answer within minutes if they think money is involved. How long has this gone on? Many months. The patient can't reach anyone who can help.

I expressed concerns to that patient about their health and safety if reaching their provider has been impossible and no one ever follows up. Others have expressed the same concerns to them too. Several of us have tried to help them reach the clinic but we have all failed.

I was not impressed by the doctor. Stuck up, cold, and had her mind made up as soon as she walked in. It was an initial visit with no tests, examinations, or scans completed, yet she was confident she knew what the issue was. She was incorrect. That issue had been ruled out long before that appointment.

A quick search will show the doctor's ratings at her prior locations were poor.

The lab workers were unprofessional and unsettling. Why did it take numerous attempts to successfully draw blood? Many others managed with one attempt both before and after the patient's encounter with you. The comments you thought were funny were creepy and inappropriate.

After seeing the frustration, worry, and stress this person is experiencing, I could never recommend using this practice. I can't recommend SR at all.

Your patients need to be able to contact you. They have illnesses. They need care and information. Answer the phone!

I've NEVERRRR encountered ANYTHING like this before. I've never seen a place not answer the phone, like EVERRRR! My husband was referred to Dr. Carey and I've been calling for 2 months straight and can NOTTT get an answer. I've even left messages to be called back on 2 lines Nd nothing! Today, I finally got an answer after selecting every prompt only to be placed on hold again for 15 mins. Then was told I can only talk to the people who aren't answering or returning phone calls. Totally disappointed and we haven't even been serviced by them. I'm kind of scared to see what the actual care will be!

Laziest office staff ever!! They never answer the phone or follow up with anything. Disgusting that these people have a job when patients have to do their job duties.

ANSWER YOUR PHONE! Good lord it is impossible! I have called 3 different numbers and left multiple voice messages.

can’t get anyone on the phone to make an appointment was told i was a pill popper when meeting with the dr for the first time was told by supervisor there will be an investigation on how i was treating never heard back and i’m being sent charged 60 dollars when i had no appointment with them all this place cares about is charging people insurance and not helping them at all

took my wife to her first appointment over there just to be treated like she was a pill addict and that she needed to follow what the dr said in order for her to be seen even tho my wife suffers with headache and other medical problems this place needs to do better

My nana has been calling for two days to reschedule an appointment no one picks up
