Car battery died today in Lowes parking lot below Autozone. Isaac drove me back to my car, jumpstarted it and we went back to the store where he installed a new battery. He used a device to maintain all of the preset memories. He did everything with a great attitude plus having served our country, I highly recommend seeing Issac.

Jessica, the store manager, made a return I thought would be a hassle very hassle-free. She was amazing and I'll go out of my way to come to this store when I need parts.

Sanford and Jessica went above and beyond to check my battery, remove the corrosion, and fix my connector. They stood outside in the heat with me showed me everything that was wrong explained in detail how they were going to solve it and made my experience wonderful. Great customer service! I’ll never go anywhere else! Thank you!

I've been to the new store 3 times so far.. Customer service is amazing! The manager is knowledgeable and helpful. Employees get anything you need and bring it right to the front so you don't have to hunt for it. Very friendly atmosphere. This will be my first choice auto parts place to go to. 😀

Excellent service! Sheila & Jessica did a great job in helping me with all that I needed. This is the 2nd time I have been in the Murphy, NC store in the last 3 months and both times they were very helpful.

My husband asked me to grab him a new wiper blade. Anthony helped me pick out the proper blade for his car. Very easy. Anthony is a nice young man. He did a great job!

Jonathan and Harley were awesome. They helped me get my parts and had the ones that were not available or to be found in the store the next morning. Even though they were dealing with some other customers that were acting erratically in the store, they also handled that situation spectacularly. I will definitely return here in the future

Store 5426 great job from the team at the Murphy store . Was driving and we lost power. They were open and very helpful with a new battery and replacing it could not have done It without them they was awesome.
