Genna is great! Excellent technician, lashes came out beautifully. I had a horrible experience at another salon and came to Genna to correct sub par work; she did a marvelous job. Thank you Genna!

Update: I must update this review so that clients are prepared. Jenna is super sensitive about any feedback on her work. I had scheduled an appointment for my usual 3 week refill.

. One day before my appointment I received this long email about how she doesn't feel like she can continue servicing my eyelash refills as I am telling her what I would like different before she begins the refill. She has a Big issue with critiquing her work and doesn't respond well. If you go here for eyelashes, just accept what you get and hopefully it will be acceptable for you.
