Charred: a steak & oyster bar

100% recommend for the best food and service in the area. My wife and I had the best date night here with our newborn. The best steak I’ve literally ever had. Lily was our server and she was very kind, patient and helpful. Everyone was. The hostess was very kind and accommodating. Great experience. I’m already wanting to get back and taste it again. lol

Really enjoyed the intimate seating and the dark, minimalist decor. Good service and a friendly local staff. The cocktail menu looked spectacular and creative. Lunch menu is somewhat limited but had some interesting selections. My burger was excellent and perfectly cooked/seasoned. The Crawfish Mac and Cheese was a meal by itself. Same for the Fried Green Tomatoes w Shrimp. Everything was very fresh and notably large portions. Had an Apple Cobbler for dessert which quickly disappeared. Great place for a cozy, delicious meal with a good friend!

We were initially headed to a different restaurant for mimosas when we saw the sign for the $15 bottle of champagne (mimosas) we decided to give this place a try and it was well worth it! My bestie got the Avocado toast and I got the fried green tomato Benedict and it was phenomenal! The outside dining was such a nice touch as well. I highly recommend for weekend brunch, we will definitely be back.

Pleasantly surprised at the level of food for the price! Decided to eat here spur of the moment, and was not disappointed. Very very welcoming and friendly staff from The manager to the host and waitress. Our waitress suggested the seared pork chop special, and while not a big pork eater, I decided to give it a try. Date ordered the steak tacos. Both were fantastic. The quality, preparation and flavor of this pork chop was off the charts amazing. Im not sure how they're pulling that off for 10 bucks but just order it and you'll be amazed. I was. Really crispy crusty sear and perfectly cooked. Served on a bed of greens and sweet potatoes. The dipping sauces for the steak tacos were kicked up spicy, and complimented them well. Our drinks were never empty and our waitress was perfectly attentive. She just sensed if we're needed anything and totally non intrusive otherwise. We'll be back to explore the rest of the menu.

Amazing food and good service. The steak was slightly overpriced but for a dry aged steak it was perfect. Steaks cooked really well. The oysters were tasty in the combo but raws were phenomenal. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the steak and food.

The crabs claws and the jalapeño margarita was amazing. The restaurant staff is awesome and professional. Ms. Crystal made sure everything was good with my party. I will definitely visit again. Highly recommended!!

Went for the first time last night. Arrived around 5:30 and had no trouble getting a table on a Friday night. By the time we left around 7, however, almost all the tables were seated. Chris waiting on us and is phenomenal. He was funny, attentive, and very nice! He had great recommendations and we will definitely ask for him when we come back!

Went for brunch. I ordered the Lobster Benedict, which was absolutely amazing. Perfectly poached egg atop a delicius and flavorful lobster sauce, with more lobster than sauce. My wife had the Banana Foster Perdue, amazing also, and serves at least 2 people. Service was exceptional, Holly did an amazing job making sure everything was perfect.

Excellent, elegant experience. The atmosphere, the waiter, the staff, the chef, and the food were all awesome. You must visit for an experience with steak, seafood, drinks and dessert. You won't be disappointed. Beautiful setting and comfortable atmosphere which makes you feel welcomed.

Great place right downtown Ocean Springs. Small menu but to me that's always just meant they know what they specialize in. I ordered the 16 oz ribeye medium rare with a scallop topper and a side salad. The cook was perfect on the steak and the scallops where huge and absolutely perfect. Very well executed. I'll definitely be back. Great nightlife in Ocean Springs

Absolutely wonderful evening at this place! Would highly recommend. Our server Abby was wonderful and was a delight to talk with. The filet was cooked perfectly and my husband's NY Strip was delicious as well. Unfortunately we are the crawfish toast to quickly to take a picture lol. Come enjoy this lovely restaurant whenever you are in town.

Chef Milton served three amazing surprise courses just before closing. The best experience!

Rare place where the interior design matches or exceeds the exterior facade. Great brunch menu, a little light on non-red meat options. But, nice staff and really fresh food.

I went for steak, but upon seeing the Charred Burger I had to try it. I love hamburgers and this has to be the BEST burger I've ever eaten. Its 50% ribeye & 50% chuck; which is grounded at the restaurant. It's topped with cheddar, bacon jam, onion rings and sliced bacon. At the first bite my eyes practically roll back in my head and my taste buds celebrate the flavor of this amazing burger. As well I had the raw oysters which did not disappoint. Great service and ambience.

I have been here a few times and have been pleased with it each time. I always go when they are offering specials at a certain time. Pay attention the specials because they will have really good deals on amazing food. I normally get the oysters and fish tacos. This one of the better places for fish tacos.

Came for happy hour and was not disappointed! Cocktails were top notch and the oysters were out of this world! The staff was very friendly as well!

I had the Ribeye and was THE BEST I have ever had. Very tender and juicy, cook as ordered. Other people had the filet and they also were very pleased. Great place, accommodated 14 of us.

The oysters were great. The atmosphere was good. The mixed drinks were delicious especially the Coconut Margarita
