Never had a problem with them. They provide water, and we pay the bill for said water. When I have called in a payment, they were quick to answer phone and took payment and gave confirmation within a few minutes.

Service is pretty simple and reasonable! Took a little longer than expected to get water and power on at my new place, but I thanks to the certifications department I got where I needed to go!

I wish I could give zero stars. My bill more than doubled under the new “fair” rate. I have no leaks and no new usage and they’re claiming I now use more than 12000 gal/month from my 5800 gal/month average. Bill is normally $90 today it is $189.90 My neighbors are seeing their bills double as well. Dishonesty at its finest

I've never had a bad experience with the staff when I go in to pay my bill.
The problem is we HAD to get the water and sewage-- even though we have well water. Once again our bill goes up to almost double! Who's in charge of doing this ? It's a shame and hard on families and if your late its $20.00 more.! It's dictatorship!! Shame on you " big people " at the top ripping people off !!!

There are sum rude people in there they need people skills and the power of the Holy spirit some of them not all and my bills are expensive like never before I’m glad to know it’s not just me they need to check into it

Rude employees. And most of my neighborhood is getting excessively high bills. We have never used this much water before that they keep reporting. I'm thinking someone is being lazy with their job. They need to be audited.

This is the second time my check has gotten lost in the mail and I only lived here for a year in a half. I'm thinking it's the envelope JCU sends the customer to send payment in. That is the only mail that gets lost. It could be the envelope needs a return address. That's the only issue. It's seems that's common for JCU customers mail to get lost because I'm not the only one. I think JCU should atleast Inquiry about it. Especially if your customers are paying late and reconnect fees. Reason I say this is it only happens when I use their return envelope. Makes no sense!

They close at 1pm on Fridays-update your website! Quick to shut off services when someones a few days late with paymnt and $50 reconnect, but cant make it convenient for persons to pay. Allow a link where ppl can pay online! Guess you wont be able to collect that ridiculous late fee then?

Shut off our water and when we called to tell them we havent even recieved a bill to know what to pay and when, their answer was "you need to call the post office then". Kinda funny that we've gotten all our other mail except for that. And the fact that we havent even seen a meter reader in the 3 month's we've been here? Something is fishy about this useless company.

Not worried about customers at all. Been without water for almost two weeks and the excuse I was given was “ you’re not the only one who needs water”

Wished there was a 0 rating here. I have numerous complaints about how they operate and I'll add details later but bottomline is that the company isn't a necessity but forced service and not worthy of much.

Moved here from Texas. It's almost like I have moved to a third world country when dealing with counties like this. Nothing is streamlined. Its all very archaic. '
