We enjoyed our girls weekend at The Roost! We had an excellent stay and it is in fair walking distance to Government Street if you don’t mind a walk. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool during the day. Overall, would recommend the Roost for a weekend getaway to Ocean Springs!

Room was nice, we enjoyed the pool. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Recommend updating the sconces beside tge mirror or adding lighting elsewhere in the bathroom. Beautiful decor however and comfortable room. We did not go to the bar but the waitress came to the pool to take orders which was a very nice touch!!

First time staying on property. All staff were extremely helpful and kind. They gave a welcome vibe and appeared to enjoy their jobs- which overflowed into great hospitality!
The rooms were spacious, quiet and cozy. We will be definitely return!

I booked an overnight stay at the Roost as a treat for my friends birthday. I wanted it to be a special experience rather than staying at one of the chain hotels in the area. The Roost Boutique hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The entire property was amazing. Our room was large and decorated perfectly. There were multiple comfy outdoor seating areas. Each room was unique (yes we peeked in a couple of rooms when they were being cleaned as we left). The staff were lovely and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special and unique experience. I know that I will go back again.

A wonderful boutique hotel that still has a homey feel in this historic town. These rooms, each with a different vibe and feel are large and have a fantastic bath. Great location in OS too. We will be back.

This is a beautiful home away from home hotel. The grounds (too fancy to call it a yard) were tranquil and interesting. The butterfly garden and water feature were perfect for meditation. The Palmetto room was decorated nicely and made me want to make a goal of staying in each of the various suites!!

We love The Roost! My only complaint (Ibis) would be the bed, the side nearest the bathroom. Getting in/out of the bed was the noisiest ever! Otherwise, we’ve done the Magnolia (favorite), now the Ibis, Hemingway, Springs. We’d like to try The Inn in the future! OS has been our go to place from New Orleans area!

My wife is from the area and wanted to stay here when we came to visit some friends and family.

Rooms are super well decorated and spotless. The grounds in general are spotless.

We got locked out of our room but we were given free drinks at the bar, and the lockout was fixed in 10 or so minutes and wasn’t a big issue. If anything how well they handled the issue made me happier than if no issue occurred.

Only minor complaint is the bed wasn’t very comfortable. One side must get used more than the other because it felt like we were going to roll off.

Either way, definitely will be staying here again.

This is a quaint hotel that I enjoyed. I had a room issue that was promptly taken care of. However, I’d still say the hotel and the grounds are beautifully kept up. I’ll definitely stay again on my next visit.

We loved our stay at The Roost! Taylor welcomed us very warmly and ensured that we had everything we needed, even helping us find options for local activities and taking pictures of us before we left so we had something other than just a selfie. All the other staff we encountered were wonderful as well. We enjoyed the pool area and our private porch and loved how accessible downtown is, even on foot. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

A girlfriend and I stayed this weekend for the arts festival and it was such a great spot. walking distance to everything. Lovely space, esp all of the common areas w seating. Loved the Wilbur (little wine bar at the hotel). The music on Friday and Saturday was fun too. Thank you for a relaxing weekend away! Will definitely be back.

Outstanding- a little gem! We loved the quaint and understated elegance of the Roost. The location is perfect- walkable to restaurants the best shops! Museums are pretty impressive too. Will stay there again!

My wife and I had a great stay. Everything you could ask for was in walking distance. Overall it was a great time.

it was a fabulous wedding weekend! The ladies at the desk are a delight and very helpful! The bartenders & servers at The Wilbur are the best! One night, one of them helped me find my room. the property is absolutely beautiful!

We had a wonderful time at The Roost. Staff was friendly and helpful. The live music every night was a nice bonus! And our room was gorgeous and very spacious. We regret not getting time in the pool but, all in all, our stay was incredible!

This was our second stay at The Roost and we just love it! This time we stayed in the separate building in the Ibis room. The location is incredible - easy walk to the wonderful downtown shops, restaurants and bars. The staff is incredible - seriously, they couldn't be more of a joy! The Wilbur has great drinks and small plates if you don't want to head downtown but would rather take advantage of your porch. The only reason for a 4 star rating on the room is that I wish there was a tad more storage for clothing and toiletries. Definitely not enough of an issue to be a deal breaker!

Comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Conveniently located. Can walk to Ocean Springs restaurants, shops and bars, and even the beach. In a quiet neighborhood. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

We had the best time staying at the Roost. Paula is so sweet and helped make our checkin and stay wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Ocean Springs is so quaint and pleasant. We can’t wait to go back next year.
