I had cataract surgery and lens replacement in both eyes done by Dr Sutton and his staff. I am so happy with the whole experience. I went for my follow up surgery today and my vision is back to 20/20! I may need to use some magnifying lenses for up close, but I had to do that back in my 40’s!! Highly recommend Dr Sutton, his staff, and the facility!

No problems at all. Someone came in to talk to me right before my procedure, was very nice. They texted me a link to pay my part of the bill, and it was easy peasy.

I am sharing details of the professionalism and knowledge of the anesthesiologist. I have had several surgeries and my biggest pain-yes even bigger than the surgery itself- is always my tongue. The back of it is wider than normal and gets crimped by the breathing apparatus every time and gets very bruised, on occasion bleeds, and has prevented even eating or drinking due to pain…. Until now! I mentioned it to the anesthesiologist when she came to introduce herself prior to surgery. She looked at my tongue shape-the first one to ever show an interest in seeing it while I was awake- and then went on her way. For the first time my surgical site was my only discomfort. My only regret is not getting her name.

I too am being charged 2x for the same service. I should be getting charged for a anesthesiologist. I should not be charged for a CRNA and the anesthesiologist to watch to make sure the CRaNA does the job correctly. If I am being used for someone to learn off of than I should be getting a discount not charged double ! And trying to get thru to someone is another pain ... I am sure because they are not being honest and up front with people. I should have been asked not just had this done and than I am charged . DISHONEST and I put my health in their hands scary thought.

Had surgery on my wrist in October 2018. Paid off all the bills that promptly came to my address and even had to pay a significant amount before the surgery was even scheduled. Was under the assumption I was in the clear. Until several months later I get calls from a collection agency asking for $1300. Every other party involved had no problem sending me paper work and physical bills to my address. But not these guys. I even told the collections agent to double check my address and to have them send me the bill again. They never did. Now my credit has taken a big hit because these fools rather send the wolves after your family than make any attempt to contact you.

First I want to say I hate leaving reviews. I’m not leaving a bad review on the Doctor or Nurse anesthetist that performed the anesthesia, my problem is with the billing service they use. If you have had a surgery lately and have private insurance you already know that everyone is going to get their money up front before the surgery. I know there are times the insurance may not pay what was estimated and you get another bill after the fact. This billing service said they sent 4 statements to collect $114.00, I never received a statement from Jackson County Anesthesia. I paid almost $2000 the morning of my surgery, I don’t think I have a problem paying $114.00. Then I get a call 7 months after the surgery from a debt collector. I was not happy, paid the claim right away and here I am.

I keep getting invoices that say BCBS had denied and BCBS says they never received a claim. …. What gets me is there is no local number to call and speak to someone in person.

They charge for a CRNA AND an Anesthesiologist (because he has to watch over the CRNA). My point is that if the anesthesiologist is in the room then why doesn't he just do it? Why do I have to pay MORE for him to just be standing in the room?

Its a racquet and there is nothing you can do about it because there is no local number or address and no competition!

I would give 0 stars if at all possible. Billing is awful. Paid our bill of $696 and they applied $40 to my account. Sent a copy of cancelled check and they still say we only paid $40. Can't talk to anyone when you call the phone number listed either. Very frustrating

Received a statement for $2,111.91 stating filed with BCBC and denied. The charges were NEVER submitted. This was for one eye cataract surgery. Bottom line don't pay ANYTHING til you verify charges with your insurance company.

My insurance paid these people and they turn it in to collections and the credit bureau.
