Vancleave Self Storage

The staff have always been easy to work with and very nice. The website is a convenient way to make payments. If we ever had any questions we got quick responses by text. I like that bc I can refer back to those texts for gate codes, etc..

This self storage is set up to make it easy on the renters. Also, the isles have plenty of room to maneuver your vehicles. Give them a call as everything is done over the phone. Really convenient. ~mark

This is the most poorly ran business I’ve ever encountered. I rented a storage unit online, showed up (after business hours) with a moving crew to only learn the unit was still occupied. They do not answer their telephones. Spoke with them the following morning and was informed “Oh, the other people must not have moved out.” Zero apology. Supposedly leased us another unit. Showed up again with a moving crew to learn we were given an invalid gate code. Again, no returned call. This place is absolutely ridiculous! They need better management as our entire experience has been nothing but an inconvenience.

Some of these units get water in them. Staff is VERY RUDE!
