Great store with a wide variety of women's and men's clothing. Anything from casual to dressy for everyone. They also have towels, pillows, bedding, kitchenware and much more. Dropped by to pick up a new dress shirt. Nice folks.

Only one Belk employee there that we saw at the other end of the store. She did come and help us. They didn't have what we wanted and she tried to order it but their system wouldn't allow it. You have to order it online. We found the exact same product for 60 dollars cheaper when we started comparing. 9/16/23-went this morning for men's shirt, women's shorts, and bra. We also needed a present for a birthday party. Found a nice earring and necklace set. Good service, quick check out, had everything we needed, and prices were great. Can't ask for anything more.

Belk is a nice, affordable place to shop for gifts. There is ALWAYS a good sale and the merchandise is of good quality.

The customer service is ALWAYS good.

Belk is one of a few stores from an dying era of in store shopping that still possesses the feeling of in person appeal and pleasure of spending time in a quiet shopping center searching for the right item to buy.

Staff was extra friendly. I was passing through and needed to grab a quick gift on my way back to Missouri, and the ladies helped me find what I was looking for, and the restrooms were super clean.

My Sister and I were looking for cowgirl boots, but bought everything but boots. Awesome sale with different coupons off. We saved lots of money on our purchases. The sales associate was so kind, friendly and helpful.

To drive by you would expect this store to be awful. (It’s the only surviving structure of an old Mall). I live in Mobile, Al and the “nice new pretty Belk is always a wreck so from the outside I was reluctant to even stop. However I cannot express how clean, organized, well mannered staff, excellent selection they had. The best Belk I have been to in years!!!!! This is a store that corporate should invest in and make better. So glad I stopped by. Visited Saturday 8/14 around 2pm.

It's sad to see this store as the only occupant of the singing river mall. Very dilapidated and shabby inside and out.

No wonder there were only 5-6 people shopping on a weekend.

Staff were super kind. Feel sorry for the shape, this place is in though.

Save some money by checking the website. Even though two sweaters I wanted were in stock, I saved $10 on each, by ordering on line and scheduling an in store pickup. I placed order after business hours Saturday and it was ready for pickup at store opening Sunday.

I went in to look at shoes and was just absolutely excited when I happened upon some school uniform pants/shorts for my little girl. I've been looking EVERYWHERE and for some that actually fit her and FINALLY, the day before school starts, I found some. Definitely relieved, ALOT

They meet us at the door to give us a coupon. I got $10. And my sister got $50. Then, the items we wanted were 65% off. Needless to say, we left with many items, and it cost me nothing!!
