Lowe's Home Improvement

Since I don’t have a Home Depot in Pascagoula, Lowe’s was the next best thing. Each associate was very helpful and took me to exactly what I needed. They were knowledgeable about where their product was on which aisle and where the shelf which is to me a lifesaver. They had everything I needed. I am very pleased with my experience at this Lowe’s prices were reasonable. Staff was courteous, efficient and helpful. It is right off of Highway 90 plenty of parking. Easy to get in. Easy to get out oh yeah, and if you wanna have lunch, there’s a Taco Bell right there.

I went to the "pascagoula lowes" and every time I go, there is always one person that helps me, his name is Donovan "Donny" and he "Littery" goes over and beyond his job! Every time I came, he always knew where everything was, and it was never his department! Not to mention I bought an refrigerator, and he came out so quick!, and loaded it his self! He is one of them employees that makes you only want to come to the store where he works. Super nice, humble and patient!!!! Thank you so very much Donovan "Donny"! Also he would make a great supervisor!!!

I built a Tiki Bar in our backyard. Lowes had the tools, supplies, and perfect accents to make it look great.

Went to Lowe’s in Pascagoula and we were so fortunate to meet Carlton, who did not work in the department we were in, but went WAY out of his way to help 2 old 75 year olds. He helped us tremendously and even loaded our our stuff in the trailer. Your store better keep that young man, you are fortunate to have him!

We were were missing one part from our project. The first Lowes we went to sent us up the road about 15 minutes to the next Lowes which had just what needed to complete the project. The people here we just as pleasant and helpful as at the first Lowes.

I love Lowes!! I love the smell of fresh cut lumber!! That smell reminds me of my dad, whom I lost last January. 😭 R.I.P. daddy! (He was a master carpenter). Ironically, my bf is a master carpenter and I have been learning how to build stuff and Lowes is our Go-To for all kinds of projects!!

Tan in the paint dept was very knowledgeable. She helped me on 2 different visits. She had a good personality and was very helpful. Hope she will be working next time I have to buy paint.

The guy who helped us buy a dryer was so sweet. It took a good minute. But no big deal Bc he was running helping in a separate department and helped 2 more customers ahead of us. So overall have a dryer and microwave and not that bad of a visit.

I love this store. I live in Mobile, but I come here every time I get the chance when I cross the state line. I got a good brand new washer and dryer here, the guys who came out to install were so nice. Everything is always in stock at this store in Missisippi.

The store seemed well stocked and staffed properly. The associates were nearby and appeared friendly and helpful, although we didn't need any assistance during our visit. The checkout was quick and painless. Overall, it was a pretty great experience.

My trip was awesome. Had a little damage from the hurricane but they had everything we needed and we were able to get it in a timely manner. Great job to the Employees because it starts at the top. 10 Stars for the Moss Point Ms. Lowes

They always have great service great products but sometimes they don't actually have what you need as far as plumbing goes they do have lots of selections but limited on brand type but still overall great place to buy your home improvement and repair needs

Purchased various types of light bulbs for my home on Saturday! Most of them perfect, had to return some due to getting the wrong size on my part. The team members was nice and helpful in assisting me in finding the correct builds and sizing. Now we can see!!😂 again!!! Other then needed restocking my visit was great.

As a contractor I often spend time here. I buy everything from electrical, pvc, and some ducting supplies. They are located and a good place center of town so it's always a quick trip. Their service has always been good. I have met a few of the employees at this point. Some know me by name. It makes all the difference to me! Great place.

So today Justin and Carol brought my new fridge. I asked them if they could help us get the other one out because its just me, my mom and my children so it would have been hard for us to get rid of it. They had to take the door off to the house and off both refrigerators . I know it was a huge pain in the butt and it was hot. They were very friendly and had such great attitudes about it. Customer Service is very important to me and these guys were on point. Thanks Carol and Justin!

I couldn't get any help in the garden department from employees so I went inside an a employee by the name or Armando at the Pascagoula Lowe's helped me with flowers, mulch, plant food, and all and he works all the way in appliances!! Now that's top notch customer service!! Thank you Armando for having excellent customer service and making my experience great especially after not being helped by the garden employees at 1st!

Everyone is extremely nice, any employee you ask for help, is actually excited to help you find exactly what your looking for

Lowe’s is one of my favorite places to go! I like the one in Pascagoula! Everyone I have came in contact with that works there is super nice.
