The process only took about 15 months. I am very satisfied with my new beautiful smile. I had an off bite, underbite, crooked teeth, and an adult tooth that needed to be brought forward into place. Dr Brown and his staff are absolutely fantastic, the sweetest people. The office visits regardless of the time of the day I was pretty much in and out. I highly recommend Dr Brown.

Everyone from the doctors to the staff are amazing. My son is always in and out fairly quickly but not because they rush. They operate well! They explain what they are doing, why and how the progress is coming along. My son has broken his braces numerous times and they always work us in quickly to fix them. Everyone is always friendly and polite. I can NOT recommend this office enough. We love them! You will too!

Everyone is so nice!! They made my girl feel really comfortable, and joked around! It’s a fun environment for the kids. It didn’t take long for our appointment. They are pretty quick!

This was my daughter's first visit, she is seven. Right from entering the office the staff was nice and accommodating. Once she was called back nothing but putting her at easy and talking to her. My daughter is a new patient and we couldn’t be more pleased with her treatment. They put her braces on this past week which took less than an hour. As we were about to leave, my daughter was talking to the receptionist and mentioned she felt a little “poke”. The staff immediately and efficiently fixed it on the spot. This team is so efficient and kind! They truly welcome you in like family and never forget your face. The second I walk in the door, they’ve got my checked in. If I have to wait even a few minutes for the doctor, they are apologetic and ensure I don’t need anything from them while I wait.

I have been on invisalign with Dr. Brown since October 2021. My main concern since beginning was that my front two bottom teeth were overlapping. Once I finished my 12 week invisalign, my two bottom teeth still slightly overlapped. Dr. Brown was quick to try the next resort for those stubborn teeth, at no extra charge to the flat rate I was quoted at from the beginning. I will never see any other orthodontist!

Amazing and great, Dr. Edward Brown is very friendly and so is his staff. They made sure I felt welcomed and comfortable during my visits but when I do miss an appointment, they are always accommodating. The waiting periods were never long and Dr. Brown makes sure your taken care of in a timely manner. So, if you are looking for a great smile, look no further, Brown Family Orthodontics will take care of you :)

They are a very nice group, super friendly! I just got my braces on in June and they did a great job! It only took 30 min to prep and get my braces on!! They do their best to make it comfortable for you. Highly recommended orthodontist!

Dr. Brown and his staff is wonderful. The very first visit had my grandaughter filled with terrible anxiety. I made sure Courtney new this up front and she was amazing . Thank you all for your wonderful ways with children.

We have only been in their office 3 times so far, but they are all so nice and make you feel like you are their friends! When we first start I was so nervous because my daughter Paris is only 9 and wasn’t sure how she would do with everything but the dr and his nurse’s took such great care of her and was so patient with her❤❤❤ I’d give them 10 stars

Now I have to be honest, I can not say having braces is comfortable but through Brown Family Orthodontics I have had a more enjoyable experience. The orthodontists are very kind and ask me how my week has been, how I have been, and how my braces feel. I know they care about the me and the other people they take care of. I respect them because I know I would not want reach inside kids mouths but because they care about our future they are willing to do that for us. I am thankful for the time they give kids. Everyone is nice and friendly. They are always eager to help and answer questions. Dr.Brown is very nice and some times tells me jokes. He makes people relaxed and happy to get there teeth cleaned or braces adjusted. I have braces and I can't wait to get them off and have straight teeth. Brown Family Orthodontics is great and Dr.Brown is cool!

Everyone is so pleasant and friendly. I love that we don't have to wait long periods of time for our appointment. Dr. Brown is amazing and always personally says hello and remembers his patients.
