Best Western Flagship Inn

If I could give it a rating better than 5 stars, I would. Everything about this hotel was appreciable. The price was super great. The staff was super friendly. The building and our room was super clean. The location was super perfect and we felt safe. The breakfast was super with more options than what's typical. I could not have asked for a better stay. It exceeded all my expectations.

I don't write many reviews, unless some place really stands out, and this hotel did. When we arrived we requested a quiet area since one of us has a hearing condition, and the woman behind the desk was so nice and gave us multiple choices and helped us choose a great room with few people around on the far side of the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and newly renovated. We felt safe and it was a peaceful place. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice! Room was clean and felt upgrade. Desk clerk was very nice, professional. BW is located right off I-10 exit 69. Convenient for any traveler. Coffee maker in hotel/motel can be iffy. Coffee tasted great. We had to leave out early so didn't get to try breakfast. Overall, BW met our needs.

I was surprisingly elated when I found this hotel to be top notch. It was very, very clean. Very comfortable. Had a fridge microwave in the room. We would definitely stay there again. It's old fashioned you still have the doors on the outside. Everyone was nice.

The hospitality and staff at this Best Western are above and beyond expectation. This is by far the best most friendliest staff I have encountered and I have enjoyed my stay here so much that I extended for another week just because I didn't want to leave. I think my favorite part of the experience is going to have breakfast in the morning. They have a fantastic selection allow you to make your own waffles which you can enjoy with great coffee. The selection is vast and varied.

Friendly front desk staff. Clean rooms. Coffee kueirg in the room is plus for me! Continental breakfast starts late-9:30am, so I can't review how that is.
But overall great place to stay. Great local food too!

Wonderful experience!!! Hotel is located right off the interstate adjacent to the Pilot gas station. There are several hotels and eateries in the area. We arrived late (9:45 p.m) The front desk operator was kind, courteous, and helpful. She asked us if we wanted upstairs or downstairs. We chose downstairs and was able to back our vehicle directly up to the door and unload. We had stopped over for the night after a day of traveling and it was so nice to be able to unload and walk right into the door of our newly updated, clean, spacious, and cool hotel room. The beds were very comfy and they even had a little towel animal on the bed. The breakfast was better that Cracker Barrel's! Everyone who worked at this hotel was kind and courtesy. Do not hesitate to stay at this location. My husband, myself, and our 11year old daughter all felt very safe as well. We did not swim, but they had a very beautiful pool area.

PET FRIENDLY. When I have 2 pitbulls and weigh 80lbs, it's hard to find a hotel that will take em.. it wasn't hard at all to get a hotel with em here.

I don't usually follow-up if my wife has already left a good review, but I have to here. We stayed in 2 different rooms on a road trip on the way out and back. Both rooms were super clean. Interstate access is easy-on, easy-off. And one of the best motel breakfasts I've had in a long time. Will definitely be a must stay on future road trips out of Florida.

Great stay for a great rate. The hotel is right off the interstate and across the street from a Pilot, so it's a bit noisy with all the trucks passing, but nothing that kept me awake.
The staff was kind and helpful.
The room was clean and the wifi was really strong. I was working remotely and I never had a problem with connectivity.
The pool area was clean and well kept.
The place is also 30 minutes from Ocean Springs and the MS gulf, so that was great for me and my husband.

BW has done a fabulous job remodeling this motel. Google images are old, so please go to sites such as Priceline for updates pictures!

Clean, much better then my Malaga Inn visit. In room fridge and microwave, big screen lg TV for the room. Easy access to the highway and great breakfast

On our way home from Florida (back to Texas), we rented 2 rooms for my family for one night. The kids loved swimming in the pool. We also loved all of the restaurants being close by!
All Staff were very friendly. The rooms were very affordable & clean clean clean. Walls looked freshly painted and carpet brand new. Bed was comfortable. I didn’t sleep well BUT I never do…can’t blame that on BW! Shower & toilet were clean. Water could have been a tad hotter but it was very doable!
Breakfast was great. Loved the coffee. Thank you!!

This place is CLEAN. Real clean, not whatever you call what most hotels are now. The grout between the tiles was clean! Every corner was clean! This is our new go to stop when we drive to Texas along I-10. The people are friendly, breakfast was good, we WILL be back.

I was pleasantly surprised that this was as nice as it was. This was a necessity stay & not a city we'd normally choose and tbh the smell in MP is atrocious. Once you're inside however it's fine. The towels were plush and nicely folded. The room was clean and comfortable.
They were doing renovations but not intrusive to us. The pool was ready and clean.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean and updated room very comfortable. We will definitely stay again if we pass through the area.

What a treasure!! First of all, the staff are wonderful! Very friendly & helpful. Miss Julie at the front desk was very welcoming & gave us pointers for places to eat. Miss Alicia checked us out in the morning & was wonderful as well. Our room (#136) was absolutely spotless!! I mean not a speck of dust, dirt or smudges anywhere!! So kudos to Miss Abigail on the housekeeping team, great job! Next morning, we had a delicious breakfast fixed by Miss Jackie! She’s another gem! She made Cheese Omelets with sausage & biscuits! Absolutely delicious! And speaking of gems, Jen & Gemma are also part of the housekeeping team! Looking forward to seeing y’all again on Friday August 4th!!

I was impressed by the cleanliness of my room. Staff was friendly!

Everything was AMAZING!!! This was a very short stay, BUT it was beyond our expectations. The rooms are freshly remodeled, the beds are brand new and extremely clean! The rooms did not even smell like it had just been remodeled. Sometimes when you take a chance on an outdoor entrance roadside motel you get burnt but this one was the best! Joshua (front desk clerk) was so helpful and kind! The breakfast was real fried eggs, sausages and biscuits & gravy, and self-made hot waffles. The kitchen staff was so amazing and such a sweet lady helped my kidos pack a snack for later on our road trip. I can't say enough good things

The Best Western Flagship Inn has been completely remodeled, inside and out. The room we stayed in is very nice, probably better than anyone would expect. New furniture that is comfortable, a huge new king-size bed, contemporary lighting, fashionable dresser/desk/storage unit and 55" TV. The carpet is new, the floor in the bath area is new tile too. A comfortable night's sleep, continental breakfast in the morning, and we were on our way. Thank you for a good experience!
