Keesler Federal Credit Union Ocean Springs Branch

Excellent customer service once I got a live person on the phone but my question was rather obscure. They had lots of options to choose from before having the opportunity to get a live person.

I opened my account at Keesler in Ocean Springs about two years ago. It is the best banking experience I have ever had. The tellers are friendly every time I come in and they go the extra mile to provide me with wonderful service. I highly recommend KFCU!

I have been banking at the OS branch for 20 + years. There are stellar employees working at this branch. Lisa and Brooke are examples. They are always courteous, kind and helpful.

The OS branch of KFCU is wonderful. There may only be a couple stalls open at the drive thru; but the tellers are polite, professional & quick!

This branch always has friendly staff working. Most of the time, during peak customer flows, they have enough staff working to not have long wait times. The staff is usually knowledgeable and quick to help.
