Slim Charlie's Fitness is like if Cheers was a gym. It was definitely the place to go where everybody knows your name and not only that everyone there is rooting for you. Working out no longer feels like a chore. It's fun and I feel like part of a community.

I highly recommend the personal training experience with Sage. Not only does he support your goals, he believes in you. The workout sessions are challenging but I never walk out of there feeling like I've done too much or too little.

If you're looking to make changes to your life or try something new, I highly recommend hanging out at Slim Charlie's Fitness.

Just started going here today, gotta say the staff and other customers are very welcoming which is nice. As an anxious person whos been scared to get back into a public gym ive gotta say 5/5.

Everyone is welcome, and there's no hard sell. I'm here to get my program done, and everybody is fine with that. If you want personal training or group work, it's available, but I've never felt any pressure sign up. Sage and Charles are a great team. And the base membership price is right!

I have been working with Sage since July 2021 and it has been a GREAT experience. I'm older and had not worked out for more than 20 years. I've been amazed at how much strength I've gained and I'm constantly amazed at Sage's patience and custom exercises that are suited for me at my level while simultaneously helping others that are able to handle more. You won't regret trying them out and you won't regret how great you feel as a result. If I can do this at 57 years old, you can do it too!
