We easily found the items we were looking for and used the self-service line at check out. Every area was clean, uncluttered, and in good order, including the men's restroom.

Wide variety of items in a clean environment with friendly and helpful employees made an enjoyable shopping experience.

Two trips to their garden center both perfect! The first trip they had...90% off a HUGE selection of plants and flowers! Almost everything I purchased has been nursed back to perfect health.
The second visit no big sale, but I received exemplary customer service from FOUR different associates.

I have to commended Lowe's of McDonough. I needed mulch to finish a yard project and had been drained by the sun. Pulled up to Lowe's and there was a crew of associates proudly and willing to help load up my truck. They gave me a great feeling knowing I could go home with more energy to complete my yard project. Had an AMAZING experience tonight at this location! Just bought our first home and we literally need everything!! This Store is THAT STORE ! My mom & I were so excited we couldn't make up our minds on what to upgrade first. Well, we went to the paint department and bought what we thought would be grey. Once painted, it turned out to be an extremely different color than expected. We returned to the store the next day and were greeted with a smile by Kieshonna. She was an ABSOLUTE ANGEL in explaining to us on what we needed to do in order to get the color correct we wanted & how priming our untouched walls would help us achieve the look we were going for! We look forward to visiting this store almost daily and getting to know all the employees. Also, we want to give a BIG THANKS the many other workers that helped us tonight, Mr.Mark & Mr.Tim and the many many other workers whose names we didn't get. THANK YOU!!! They even helped us load our car although it after 10:20 p.m which was way past closing. We never felt rushed to leave the store. I like this store. I was able to get what I needed using the app. The info has always been correct so far, and I never go inside until I've located what I want.
Post-pandemic has seen a rise in the accuracy of items in stock, so that too is a plus.
It's as neat and clean as any warehouse can be.

It was easy to get there and there was good parking, They had what I needed, good experience.

We went in to purchase new toilet seats and they were out of the one we wanted, however we were approached by a customer service representative who is also a military veteran and he took great care of us. Forgive me for not remembering his name but it started with a M. We need more kind and helpful people like him in the world.

Went for floor tile, found only one box but needed three. The sales associate working in flooring went above and beyond and tracked down what I needed! I wish I had gotten his name. This kind of service is what will bring customers back!

Imagine that customer service in 2023! I came in to find a few items and was asked if I needed help I said yes and as my question was answered I just stood there almost in shock that she was willing and wanted to actually walk me to the exact location of the item. I joked and said I'm not used to actually having great customer service felt good to have this almost felt like 2015

Lowes had what I needed for my home. Also the prices were economical. D'arrell, the manager, was helpful, professional, courteous , knowledgeable, and respectful. Yes, I will return
