Went to get my fur baby some treats and new toys. Today was adoption day for Kitty Cats. I really wanted to take everyone of them home. Go get you a new baby today❤❤

Friendly staff, love to come by to get new toys for my cat and see what other cats they have for adoption. I get my fluffy cat groomed here around every 6 months and they do a good job with her sanitary trim and removing a lot of shedding fur. It's a little expensive for a groom, $60 for a bath and brush on a long hair cat but she always looks good. I also bought her harness and leash from here, I'm still training her with it but it fits well.

This is in regards to the training program:
I got a dog, Sookie, July 2021. She was super sweet and playful, but she was not obedient by any stretch of the imagination. I took it upon myself to look up training videos and read dog obedience articles, but nothing seemed to be working. I was getting frustrated with Sookie, and I know she was getting more confused and frustrated with me. I eventually caved and took her to training classes March 2024. Let me be the first to tell you that it is worth what you pay for!! Ms. Lynn does an amazing job with training, and she is super excited to answer any and all questions you may have (trust me, I ask a LOT). Like learning anything, you HAVE to do the work at home and be consistent with their practice, or it won’t work. Sookie is more obedient than I ever imagined her to be, and she interacts with other dogs, people, and her environment in a more safe and confident manner.

Lee was amazing with Chance. He cut his hair to protection. He paid attention to every detail I asked for. We definitely will be back

Layla and I are attending the pet training sessions. Have thoroughly enjoyed working with Lynn (trainer). This is my 4th fur baby going through their training program (in the last 15 years). I highly recommend it. However, you MUST practice so your pet will reap the rewards of the program. All 4 of my dogs were much better behaved; I am/was always proud to take them with me wherever I went!!

Omg everyone in the grooming department extremely Awesome at the McDonough GA location. Friendly, and very professional and so kind to the doggies 😄. Fast service and they did exactly what I asked them to do. Great staff, I recommend this location you won't be disappointed.

We had an AMAZING experience at Pet Smart recently with Christian The Reptile Guy!!!!! He helped us with my sons bearded dragon what to feed him when to feed and just great advice for a reptile!!!!!!!!!!!! He was extremely helpful and informative!!!!

I must say Jules ,our preferred, dog groomer is amazing. She takes great care of our two dogs and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Sarah in the grooming salon did a great job with my Isley.
She was recommended to me at a pop vaccine clinic by another one of her clients and I truly appreciate the recommendation because this was his and I first time using a professional groomer.

I have a spoiled rotten Yorkie who requires major attention! The team at the McDonough petsmart is always nice and kind. Lee does an amazing job with my baby!!

I am usually the one to bathe my dogs at home but due to a shoulder injury it has been difficult, so I decided to take my 70lb basset mix and my puppy pit to Stephen for a bath and brush with CHI, and let me tell you it was worth every penny! They smell so good and feel so soft it’s unbelievable, when one of them runs by or I walk into a room they’re in, all I smell is the CHI shampoo! Their nails are super short and rounded and my 70lb boy isn’t shedding NEARLY AS BAD as he usually does!! He did a fantastic job taking care of my boys and they seemed to love their spa day! Will definitely be bringing them back to Stephen

One of the trainers came and helped us pick harnesses for both our puppy and our senior dog to teach them to quit pulling. The difference has been AMAZING! If you can, sign up for the training courses, just the few things we were taught for our long-distance car trip has made all the difference between frustration and easily walking and handling both dogs. Very kind hard-working people would recommend my uncle, takes his dogs there for the veterinary they are very friendly and I highly recommend. I highly recommend everything in that place.

Kendall in the fish department is so kind and knowledgeable. She made our fish buying experience such a good one. We will definitely be back to see her. If your thinking about buying a fish, ask for kendall!
