Love it, it is an extremely friendly place. I'm a picker/packer in pick mod 1 and I absolutely love it. If we could listen to music it would be so much more fun. But other than that the time goes by very fast. You get 2 paid 15 min breaks and an unpaid 30 min lunch which is amazing to me because some jobs give you only two breaks

Started in 2010 and still going strong. At the time, it was just a job. Starting off, I may not have been entirely satisfied with a lot of things, but I stuck through it. I've grown to love Carter's as I've grown with the company. No distribution center will be any easy ride, but Carter's is a great place to set a career path as long as you have the will.
