Passing through the area, when I saw this place. What the heck. Just as I expected. It was absolutely delightful. Friendly faces with quaint country atmosphere is what I love and smitty's delivered. Fantastic food. Absolutely the best prices I have experienced in a long time. Kinda makes me ill that I don't live closer. If you get a chance stop in. I'm sure you will love it.

As with all restaurants, reviews vary according to who's working, busy times, etc. One day may be great and the next not so much. However, I can't think of a time that I didn't enjoy my meal here. Wonderful selections of deserts. A good experience!

Have ate here many times love it. We drive over an hour for the catfish and my nephew loves the hamburger.

Found this place randomly and I'm glad we stopped in. Great food and service for a great price. Their sandwiches are amazing and the fries are some of the best I've had in a long time.

We had the BBQ plate and the chicken salad, both were delicious. Service was excellent and fast......A+, highly recommend.

Have passed this cafe many times over the years but usually on Sunday when they are closed. Was able to stop in on a Saturday and was very pleased. Great service, good food, reasonable prices. The huge dessert cookies found at the checkout we're absolutely fabulous. Onion rings we're fantastic. Highly recommend.

I stopped in today and order the catfish bites and the brisket. I also purchased a coconut macaroon, a large chocolate chip cookie, and rice krispies for the grands. I really enjoyed everything. The restroom was clean. Friendly and professional staff. I will be back whenever I am in the area.

The servers were friendly and kind to our group of 24 people. The service was great and food was delicious!

Smitty's was wonderful as always!! Their fried fish is amazing... they are super busy anytime they are open.. our family loves to get together and eat there!!

Catfish is sooooo good! Burgers and homemade fries are our family's favorite! The face-sized cookies are a must! Don't miss this hidden gem!

If you are looking for some down home cooking, THIS IS THE PLACE!!! I ordered the catfish on my last visit & it was sooo good as usual!! The lemonade Delicious....it's worth the 45min drive that I take everytime!!
They have homemade cakes, cookies, and fried pork skins as well!!!

Stars all across the board baby. That's pretty badass right there. The breakfast was awesome. And I didn't even have my buzz on I can't wait to go back with the munchies.

I got to go's. The catfish was delicious and the hush puppies tasted like my Mom had made them. The slaw was crisp and sweet. My husband got fish filet and he's not a fish eater and he said it was really good. French fries tasted like countrys bbqs which are the best anywhere. It was an excellent meal.

Good local, country Cafe. Good breakfast menu and great prices. Wife had biscuits and gravy. I had pancakes and coffee. The bill was about $11. Friendly and quick service.

The best fried catfish I have eaten in a long time! Reminded me of many meals with my Dad at Catfish Hollow!! Loved this place and will be back for sure to try one of their home cooked country lunches!
