Discount Tire

I have a big class c RV (heavy). I had a set of tires put on and they tackled it like a nascar pit stop with several techs. Really excellent service and awesome techs. They always take the time to use torque wrenches on the lug nuts which not everyone does. I come here for all my vehicles and will continue to do so.

Amazing caring staff here. They waited for me after I called at 550 to tell them I needed a new tire and rim because my niece had no spare. Got there, paid for my new tire and got it to my niece. A good Samaritan put it on for her.v

Totally blown away by the TOP NOTCH customer service! Neal went far and away beyond our expectations. After having a bit of a miscommunication with another team member, Neal was empathetic, understood our explanation, offered his apologies numerous times, and assured us he would take care of getting our tire inspected and repaired.
He personally got it into the shop and not 30min later our car was ready. Much to our shock and disbelief, when Neal discovered the tire could not be repaired, he replaced it, and made sure all the other tires we as equally good...all at NO CHARGE!

He wouldn't accept that we were willing to pay for what he had done. "I said I would take care of you, and I hope I did." What his only response.

Neal - you have definitely earned our respect and loyalty to Discount Tire in McDonough for years to come! We will be back soon to buy our next set of new tires!

First impressions are imperative! I made my appointment online. Wirhin minutes i received an email confirmation. There is also an onlline checkin. You can follow the entire process from the moment you check in . The minute you walk in, you are promptly greeted. The techs are friendly , informative and knowledgeable . My wait time was about 30 minutes. I'll definitely come back.

Literally the best experience ever with service to a vehicle. I bought and paid for the tires online, set up an appointment, got there about 30 minutes early and was out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

This place is 10 stars. Jake and his entire team are phenomenal. Whether you're purchasing new tires or needing a repair, you will always be treated honestly and get the service you need in a timely manner.

I went to a used tire shop and bought a used tire. As soon as I got into my driveway not even 10 min later it was flat. I’ve been to Discount Tire for the past 5 years and have always had a great experience. Tonight was different. As soon as I pulled up to discount tire I was expecting to be turned away. They close at 6 and I pulled up at 6:15. I just wanted to ask for some advice because I thought that that was weird how quickly it went flat. They said nope, let’s go take a look at it. Took it off and realized that there was a hole in the side wall. I didn’t travel five minutes let alone five miles to even get that much damage to the tire. I told them I was heading to VA to visit family the next day and they said that the tire is going to have to be replaced. Jake came out and said they were to going to replace it for me FOR FREE!! I said absolutely not, how much? I can’t thank Jake, Neal, and Cowan enough for helping me travel for the holidays safely! If you’re ever in need of a tire, go to them. Customer service was amazing and I have a story to tell every Christmas now☺

Discount tire was very helpful and understandable as well. Customer service managed to see the problem of how I got a flat tire and the reason was that my tires were at the year of 2014, which meant that I haven't changed my tires for 9 years and the structure of the tires were fading and getting weaker. Customer service managed to help me choose the set of tires that I need to be installed on my car. Customer service was fast and quick. They were able to get the tires installed on my car before they closed down their garage. Thank you so much, Discount Tire. 😃

This was the easiest tire purchase I've made in 40 years. I ordered my tires on Tirerack. They were delivered to Discount Tire in 3 days. I made my appointment over the phone, and showed up. I was greeted as soon as I entered, and the guy checking me in even shook my hand! That never happens. He asked about my wipers, tried a pressure free upsell on the tires, and got me started right away. When they were 75% done, someone else came out, and let me know the progress. I have lifetime free tire rotation, amazing. I'll be bringing my wife's car here when her tires wear out. How come everyone can't do business like this!!!

These guys are great. We blew out 2 tires on our RV (on I-75) and they were the only place around that had them in stock. They worked through a rainstorm and after hours to get us back on the road. They also went the extra mile and rotated our tires so the new ones were in the front. I can't say enough about the fantastic service we received. Sean, Steve, and the manager are top notch.

I believe it was Cohen whom I worked with when I bought 4 tired for my daughter's car recently.... He was super nice and kept me informed as to the install of the tires and replacing the TPMS sensors in all 4 wheels.... Very happy.

I made my appointment online and I was in & out in less than an hour. Everyone was nice and courteous.

Superb! Absolute excellent customer service. I'm very particular when it comes to customer service. This place was clean and spacious. I was actually floored how I was treated and their technology. You could actual track the progress of your car from your phone. (It included total wait time from beginning to end). -Stephen was phenomenal!

I've been to Mavis and they dont compare to Discount Tire. At Discount Tire their techs are very professional and knowledgeable.

Very professional service. I felt no pressure to purchase tires when I called to get prices and availability. I was approached as I was walking to the door by a representative asking if he could help me. I liked that they treated each customer (especially women) with care. I would recommend this location for your tire needs.
