I came there a little over a year ago with the intent to lift heavy circles, and I did. I still do, in fact, but I’m 25 pounds heavier. So I mean yeah, also the people that go there are all nice, it’s a good environment. My one complaint is that the ceiling is too low (I’m too weak) to do muscle ups

I had a medical issue last Wednesday during my silver sneakers class Mrs Michelle was right on top of it her and Mrs Alicia took care of me and made sure I was alright, they made sure I got home alright hat's off to them I love coming to this gym great staff second home ❤ great family of people.

This is absolutely the best Gym in the Known universe. The Staff is great the equipment is up to date and the facility is very clean. I don't think you could find a better Gym to attend. This is truly a first in class operation. I love it!!!!

Great work out space serving a smaller community but offering everything you would find at high end gyms. Staff is very nice! Patrons are friendly and consider others pleasantly when I was there. Clay, whom seems to manage the facility is usually nearby for helping with any questions and is extremely pleasant and professional. Onsite personal trainer available by appointment. Tanning bed, dry sauna, spin classes, aerobics classes and a whole schedule of other popular work out regimens. Definitely would recommend.

The staff is helpful & kind! Love the classes, the 24/7 accessibility, the tanning bed :) Highly recommend Bulldog Gym! I am new to the area & they have welcomed me in such a nice way!

Monticello and the surrounding area is very blessed to have a great gym like Bulldog gym. Russ and his staff are very friendly and professional. Some of the best trainers you could ask for to help get you to your personal fitness goal!

The staff is amazing! Such a personal feel to the facility. There are many group activities to choose from. Definitely something for everyone. Yoga is, by far, my favorite and Suzanne is the BEST!
