Excellent customer service skills from Yvonne, Carla, Walter, and the manager (apologies, didn't catch his name). This location trains their employees well!

Ejay helped me grab a barbell set, and even took a couple minutes to help me load it into my car! Great customer service. From the start he was professional, kind, and quick. The manager was also helpful. Good location

I called the Norcross store and asked for a shoe. The guy said they didn't have it. I called again and got Arius. He found the shoe for me. I went to pick it up and Arius helped me find another shoe. Arius was patient, professional, and kind. He made my day. We need more people in the service arena like Arius.

I went to this location today to return some clothing and Carla was amazing , she was really sweet and helpful. She was welcoming every costumer that entered the store and always smiling .

My daughter left everything that she needed for practice at home, returning back home wasn't an option. I was able to find everything I needed (with the assistance of a Store associate) and dash through checkout (again a helpful store associate, Qiana, at the register was on point) in less than 15 minutes. Great experience when it was needed!

Sneakers for track practice and every time I visit this location the associate CJ is there and he is always so pleasant energetic friendly and helpful. My son was pleased at how well he knew his merchandise. Looking forward to our next visit.

Shakira (I believe her name was) was incredibly friendly on the phone just now. They didn’t have what I needed, but she was able to refer me to another store and was just incredibly nice about it!

My husband and I went in 11/3/18 for a tennis racket to give as a gift. The selection is pretty small for a sporting goods store in a tennis crazy area of town and kind of hidden from the main view. Cephus saw me wandering around and recognized that I couldn't find what I was looking for even though he was really far away from me. He came right to me and then led me right to the tennis section. He was a joy to meet and very knowledgeable about the merchandise. He brought in Shelly to help us choose a racket and she was a joy too and really knows the game and the merchandise! They have both set an unbelievable standard of customer service in this store. When I read bad reviews about this store's customer service, I have to believe they did not encounter either of these two rock stars. Thanks again Cephus and Shelly. We will be proud to give the gift you helped us choose and we look forward to seeing you again and again. After being made to feel so welcome and valued, we will definitely be back!

We were looking at athletic shoes for my son today, a size 11 double E and had it narrowed down (no pun intended) to a pair of Nike or a pair of Under Armour's. A sales rep/ store employee, Mario, walked by and we asked him some questions about the two brands, and which one runs wider, etc. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had a 20% off coupon that I had received by email, but we wanted to compare shoes with Famous Footwear. We asked Mario if he could hold the Nike and he was kind enough to put my son's name on them, and carry them to the front of the store for us. Thanks, Mario! He was very nice. We really like the Peachtree Corners location.

Purchase some workout clothes from Dick's Sporting Goods today, after going home I realized that I had a $20 off coupon. I called the store, Emily picked up and told me that I could go back and I could get $20 off. When I got there, the line was getting long, and Emily helped me with a smile. She fixed everything for me. Her customer service was awesome!!! Will definitely shop there again. :)

Was actually my first time in the store. I had to return an online purchase. The staff made it a quick and painless event. I didn't have time to browse, but just my short time in the store I saw lots of goodies I want to go back and look at.

Their variety of golf clubs here was more than enough to compare quality over price. The associate was great. He had customer service like valet service with his personable service.

I was in a hurry and they were on top of it! I had called ahead and they had my products sitting up front ready to go.. The manager even helped carry my purchases out to my car in the rain even though I insisted he didn't.. Great service!

I didn't buy anything but only because what I wanted wasn't in stock ,but the service of the three young ppl out on the floor was great...I didn't have to look for help they found me ! and when I told them what I wanted they searched instore and online...thanks for customer service done the right way!

Shakira at Peachtree PKWY in Peachtree Corners GA location was so awesome!

She helps makes this location my favorite one. My 12 year old son wanted to spend his Christmas money on his next season Ball gear. Shakira was very patient and kind with us. It was busy that day. But made my son and I feel we were the only customers there! That matters!

I really hope you keep Shakira a happy employee so we get to see her again!

Great service, Warren in the shoe department is very helpful and friendly! I always go here to get my girls thier tennis shoe, they are one of the few places that will price match.

Shakira helped me find things I didn’t know I needed and was vey polite the entire time . Her customer service is outstanding and I’ll def be back .

I rate it 5 stars based on two of the managers. Ray and the lady I couldn't catch her name. But thanks to their willingness to help and kind attitude I was able to have an outstanding experience.
