Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant - Aberdeen, SD

While visiting Aberdeen, SD on business this week, I decided to have Mexican food for my early dinner. I ordered a Chimichanga. I was very good. My food arrived very quickly. I was quite pleased. I will have dinner there again when I return next week.

The following week I attempted to get takeout at Guadalajara. It was Sunday, they close at 8pm. It was 10 minutes to 8, I opened the door to ask if I could get a to go order.
The man at a server terminal did not turn to look at me in the doorway. He just shouted NO.
I left, next week I'll be back in Aberdeen,SD. I Will NOT be visiting this restaurant ever again!

Great food. Fast friendly service and good prices. Recently had a repeat visit. Will go out of my way when in the area to visit.

My family stopped by here on a busy Monday over lunch hour and we were thrilled at the food and selection and pricing! The service was great, very prompt and very professional. We enjoyed a variety of meals including enchiladas and burritos. The free chips and salsa were fantastic. The salsa was "just right" I thought. We really loved the atmosphere and the really detailed art work throughout the eating area.

Bravo to the owners and workers here! You were a memorable part of our Aberdeen vacation.

The staff is very friendly and I have always had quick service. They have a big menu and you get to start off with some good quality chips and salsa to start your visit. The food has always been good and most importantly filling! Check it out if in the area.

My family has been going to this restaurant for almost 20 years now. We don't go *that* often but this is our Mexican restaurant of choice in the Hub City area. Even though we moved out of the state eight years ago, they STILL greet my children by name when we visit family here. Cannot recommend them enough! The staff is awesome, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is so pretty and fun. It's a staple in our summer trips to Aberdeen!

We were traveling and needed a place for supper for the whole family, including a kid and grandparents. Everyone loved their food. Our server was exceptional!

The food was wonderful. This is a place for a great hot meal great people great service and great food.

I've been eating here for over 25 years. Service is great. Food is hot and delivered very fast. Salsa is the best I've ever had. In all these years I've only had 2 bad meals here so that definitely says something. By far my favorite restaurant in town. I highly recommend it.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in town. The food and service are outstanding. In the last 15 years that I have been coming here the prep and recipes have stayed consistent. The only recipe changes have been improvement. The staff have worked here for a while and have pride and loyalty to the restaurant and it shows in the food and overall experience.

This place is always serving the best Mexican food. The cook is excellent everytime that I have ever been there. I only wish that they were closer to Langford. They are worth the trip everytime. The wait service is always friendly and on top of it. I will highly recommend it.

Excellent place. Fresh tortilla chips and salsa. Tamales are made fresh daily. Authentic, only wish they had a cantina to watch football - I'd be here everyday 😁

Original. Authentic. Always hot, appetizing and flavorfull!! Very pleasant atmosphere and cheerful workers with Mexican music overhead throughout the meal. The prices are quite reasonable for what is served. We've never, ever come away disappointed.

Always hot, fresh and delicious. Product is always the same each visit, no differences in cooks or recipes, which is awesome. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Had lunch and they were extremely busy, but we still had fast, friendly service, and the food was great as usual.

Excellent place to eat, very clean, waiter was very fast and polite, great food, huge portions and reasonably priced.
