Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Had a wonderful meal here! It was impressive seeing the manager clean tables seat guests and carry drinks!! I wish I would have gotten his name and told him personally how nice it was to see a manager be involved helping his staff no matter what it was!!! Please pass this on!! This fellow is a great leader!! You are blessed to employ such a talented hard working man!! Very impressed!! Thank you for making our visit to your town pleasant!!

One of the best Cracker Barrel locations that I’ve been to. Very clean, great hot food and the best part (besides food) was our server. She had a great smile and wonderful personality. Very attentive and fast. She needs a raise or promotion because she might be young but she definitely acted very professional for her age.

Service here is great and the food is delicious! The pancakes were crispy around the edges and perfect. This is a very clean, well maintained restaurant, even though it was crowded. Highly recommend.

I usually always get the same thing, country fried steak breakfast or dinner plate
My brother decided on pancake tacos and I got them too, Wow they were amazing I will definitely be getting them again

I went today 11/15/23 & got the maple bacon chicken with hashbrown casserole & broccoli. Te vegetables were delicious & the chicken had a good taste but kinda chewy/rubbery. The biscuits & cornbread were so good. Our waitress was super friendly & kept our drinks filled. I always love shopping for cute gifts. I found some Scooby-Doo socks that are so cute.

I went into Cracker Barrel in Calhoun GA around 8:30pm on Oct. 3rd 2023. There was a mix up with my chicken and dumplins. I always order the chicken on the side. The waitress Odallas caught it before she handed my plate. My hash brown casserole was cold and when I complained she took right then with a smile and an apology and made it right.. Odallas is a very awesome waitress

We enjoyed stopping off and visiting this Cracker Barrel. We haven't had Cracker Barrel for quite some time. Nothing like country cooking.

Wifey had breakfast and the pancakes were fantastic. Crunchy on the sides (as God intended)

I had a new dish the chicken smothered in cheese and green onions with ranch drizzle. It was pretty good.

I had the hashbrown casserole as a side (which is mandatory with any trip I take to Cracker Barrel.

Our son got shrimp with Mac n cheese. Very nice portion for kids size.

For a Sunday and rush our they did AMAZING. waiting 2-3 mins for a seat to be cleaned and we was sat. Then waitress came right over got our drinks.. brought them back quick and got our order. Food was maybe out in 10 mins. Usually for places that’s THAT packed it’s forever but they did great! Super friendly and good price.

Go when it's not really busy. I went today at 12:45 and was seated at 1:00. I had their amazing Lemon pepper fresh water grilled trout.
And don't forget the turnip greens, cornbread and
Sweet potato!!!! Scrumptious! Love me some Cracker Barrel!

Unfortunately we had to wait over 15 minutes for a wait staff to greet us at our table. I had to walk to the hostess stand and ask to speak to a manager. She was very apologetic about our wait and said she would have someone right over. She did send someone right away to take our order that was not to impressed to get our table. We never saw her again.
Another really nice server took over and was very helpful. Thank you for the Great Service after all of that.
As a manager in the past, I would have followed up on our table after our food arrived and perhaps offered a free dessert or maybe a light discount for our Inconvenience. A nice gesture would have been, asking us for our Drink order as well and gave it to the Server.

They did not seem to be that busy. So I am not sure what the overlook was about!!

This location has to be by far, the best around. First, I have never had such fresh, fluffy, flavorful biscuits at any Cracker Barrel like we got here. Somebody in the kitchen is doing an excellent job. Our visit was superior from walking in the front door to exiting and browsing the shopping area. Great food and service. We highly recommend this location and hope the staff including management are appreciated as much as we appreciate them.

This was a very busy location! All staff and managers was doing their best to keep up with the demand, It was an all hands on deck teamwork effort to get everyone in and fed as quickly as possibly! I love seeing teamwork in a place of business! Great work ethic! Highly recommend!

This place was really busy when we were there today. Sunday around 1:30pm. The waitress was prompt with gerting our drinks and some biscuits on the table. She then took our order and was able to get those to us rather quickly. However the mashed potatoes I ordered were cold. i was actually able to pick up the entire mound with my fork! I just asked for a take home box and figured I could heat them up when I got home. The grilled chicken breast was perfect and a good portion size. I was able to eat one and bring the other home for later with the potatoes. Over all good food at a reasonable price.

I love me some Cracker Barrel. And, this location never disappoints. It now none our favorite brunch spots in NWGA.

Now there serving “dranks”, no one else compares.

We both tried the Biscuit Benny. Eric had smoked sausage and I had country ham. It was delicious. We will be back. Thank you, Cindy

We love this cracker barrel, but we are avoiding supper there for a while. They have gotten super-slow. Monday of this week, we were seated at a table, but then we were totally ignored for 15 or 20 minutes. We got up and left.

This was my first time coming . We were close by and looking for lunch so we decided to stop by. The vibes was country American farmhouse or something . It’s southern comfort food . I think the portions could have been bigger but I was definitely full when I left . And the prices aren’t bad at all. The gift shop was pretty cool as well.

I love this restaurant wherever I visit it preserves its quality! the girl who looked after us Rayner excellent! The young woman at the front desk seems to be training for the position and I hope she makes it! everything here is tasty! Thanks !

They were short staffed. The 5 star ratings are my gracious way of saying that our server still worked hard. Sometimes it's not the restaurant, and the experience; it's the company you keep. My wife gets 10 stars, while our server gets her 5!
