The company was referred by my roofing company. Daniel Bearden scheduled appointment for this morning. Adrian and his apprentice arrived on time, and went straight to work. I would highly recommend this company because of the honest and good quality and service that was provided by Adrian and his partner. The owner came out as well, and was able to answer all my questions including giving me recommendation for the future. Overall, extremely satisfied with their work and extremely happy with having water pressure again. Awesome Job!

Just had Mr. Bearden out for an urgent plumbing issue. He was very responsive when I called him today (Saturday at the time of this review). He arrived promptly at the appointment time, and was friendly, professional, and helped to educate me about my plumbing and the issue I was experiencing.

We had a gas leak from our water heater and Bearden plumbing came out very promptly the same day and got our water heater replaced. They were very professional and completed the work in a very timely manner. I would definitely use them again if plumbing issues arise in the future.

Bearden Plumbing is a great company to work with for all your plumbing needs. Their employees are kind and courteous and do a thorough job. They explain what they are doing, and make sure that you understand the cost upfront. I wouldn’t do business with any other plumbing company.

Daniel sent Adrian out the next day for a kitchen/dishwasher drain rebuild. Adrian was kind, communicative and explained what he did. Pricing was stated before any work was started and was fair. Adrian was kind and responsive to my talkative 3 year old's constant questions which made him feel good! The work exceeded our expectations!

Here’s the deal with these guys. First, there’s excellent communication with you when you call them out for the job. Second, they showed up on time, clean cut and respectful of you as a person and your property. My house was a semi war zone with other subs and they still wore boot covers. Third, no body makes a move they aren’t sure of without consulting a master tech for peer review. I had one of those roof solar hot water heater with all kinds of things to possibly go wrong. Fourth, they just don’t fix your current issue they’ll help you find the ones that are imminent. They saved me from a leaking second water heater and a bad pressure reducer. Finally, they went above and beyond installing levered shutoff valves in problem prone areas in case there’s an emergency.

This all done very quickly and right. I’ll never call another company if I need help in Rome Georgia.

Best plumbing service. Gave excellent recommendations for preventing future problems. Took my emergency call early in the morning and arrived early. Worked quickly but still paid attention to details. Communicated all that was going on during the service in detail. Very polite technicians and followed up with me after service was completed.

Excellent service, tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Tech showed me things that were wrong and how he was going to fix issue instead and saying and just doing. That means a lot to me and shows a lot toward their service. Will use again if plumbing services are needed again.

The installers came and hooked up my sink and drain and completed the job quickly and we were very satisfied with their work. I am sure I will be using Bearden Plumbing again for any of my plumbing needs. Thank You

Called Bearden Plumbing at 8am with a clog and a leaking toilet and they were able to be there that same afternoon. They fixed my problem as well as found another issue I wasn’t aware of. Adrian and his helper did a great job. Daniel was able to explain everything they were going to do over the phone in a way anyone could understand. Will definitely be calling them out next I need a plumber.

Bearden plumbing promptly returned my desperate call for help and said immediately that they would have someone out shortly the same day and help me with a rapid leak that was creating a serious problem. I received a text letting me know the time frame in which someone would arrive which was very helpful . They came out as promised and had the leak from the water main outside repaired within 30 minutes . They had everything needed to do the repair and was very nice and pleasant to work with . I was very grateful to have them come within an hour of my call . I highly recommended them .

Noticed a pool of water in my back yard. Bearden Plumbing was recommended by a good friend, so I gave them a call and they were onsite the next day. I expected the worst, but Bearden had the leak identified and repaired in about an hour. Bearden comes highly recommended and I will always use them for my plumbing needs.
