I went into the Chipley location and the lady Miranda was so patient helpful and understanding unlike my previous employees I hope she stays I will be back soon for Internet and tv service thanks to her.

This is the best place for any internet services for your daily life living in the woods and having limited options for service providers. Ryan was a great help when I called and needed to be helped out. Very friendly and helpful and they worked with me to make it so I could have my service before they closed. The customer service is great, Summer in the chipley office is awesome, she goes above and beyond to assist and make sure her customers are taking care of and happy with their service. Definitely recommend.. Been an internet customer for a number of years, great Internet, especially considering how difficult it is to get internet service at all in my area..

The customer service here is amazing. Very quick and efficient. Very helpful and understanding even with issues they don't really know how to fix. Overall its just a really good store and I would highly recommend coming here. You'd be impressed!

Had issues with a new sim card we were switched to, went and saw Letitia in chipley and she was amazing, got us set up with a new card in marianna and we went and picked it up. Everyone there were so kind and helpful. If I could give Letitia 10 stars I would.

Summer at the chipley office is great, she takes the time to know her customers and helps them get the service that best fits their needs. Shes not going to sell you something thats not what you need just to make a sell and any issue or anything her customer's need is taken care of in a timely manner. Highly recommend going to see her for your Internet service, especially if you live in a rural area where internet services are hard to find.

Salathia & Dom's offering are both outstanding! After attempts with 3 previous carriers in our somewhat rural area, Salathia found a solid solution. Wish we would have found them first! She listened to our need and previous challenges, had strong knowledge of the options, recommended a solution, had the router ready once we arrived from 45 minutes away, simply and efficiently trained us in the store on usage, and the signal has been outstanding. We are grateful!
