The representative that helped me was Mindy at Verizon in Chipley, FL. She was amazing. Very knowledgeable and put me into a new phone with no problems or errors. She was so knowledgeable that she could help two customers at once! She was also very pleasant mannered which is a nice change from typical. I hope this store knows what an asset they have in Mindy because workers like her are hard to find.

Mindy Offhaus was so very helpful in transferring my phone today. She even stayed overtime to help me. She is such a great asset for your company; very friendly and knowledgeable in her expertise! Thanks so much Mindy for going the extra mile to help me! I really appreciate Kate your hard work!

Mindy O. assisted me with a trade-in and upgrade to the S24 Ultra as well as adding the Galaxy 6 watch. She was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. The other ladies in the store were also very personable. It was very apparent that they strive to make an inclusive environment for their customers. Never had a bad experience at this store.

I just want to give a BIG thank you to Mindy at the Verizon store in Chipley. She came in on her day off and helped us with transferring our phones over to new ones. It took over 2 hours for my old one to transfer and she was so nice and patient. I really appreciate this kind of service in a world where we seldom see it anymore. Thank you Mindy!!!!!

I came into the Chipley Verizon Store today and was very satisfied with the service I received from Katrina. Katrina greeted me with a smile, asked what I needed and took care of all of my issues. Katrina is very knowledgeable about her job, funny, caring and very patient. I would recommend all my colleagues to ask for her if they need any assistance. Katrina keep up the great job and see you on my next visit. This was a speedy and great experience today.

Katrina G at Verizon in Chipley Florida really made my entire weekend and coming up week. I wasn’t expecting to have someone that’s was this willing to help me after I ran over my iPhone with no insurance. I had not planned on swapping carriers from T-Mobile to Verizon I was actually just killing time while my wife was seeing doctor but with costumer service this kind helpful and beneficial along with Verizon better coverage area and cheaper plans I had no choice. Thank you so much Katrina, not everyone goes to there job everyday with the good attitude and kindness you bring to the table there!

Had an issue with phone not charging correctly. Visited the store the employees(Mindy and Katrina) I believe cleaned the charging port on my phone now it works great. Also sold me a nice charger. All the other staff was friendly and helpful as well.

After several attempts of getting a new phone through different providers, I had the best help from Mindy! Extremely helpful and made the process extremely easy. Would recommend to anyone who is wanting to swap.

10/10 would recommend going in and seeing Mindy, Robyn, & Bri at the chipley location. They are all super informative and very helpful. They truly care about getting you the services and plans that will help you the most. I felt heard with my complications and HOPEFULLY we figured it out but if not I have all the faith that Mindy can get my situation figured out. Again 10/10 service. Thank you Mindy!

I was greeted pleasantly as soon as I walked in the door and my problem was quickly addressed and professionally resolved in addition to remotely fixing my wife’s phone who was in another state. I walked into Verizon on Wednesday to switch phone carriers and to get a new phone. Robyn greeted me and she was very nice, patient and very helpful! I was very thankful for her help. Ever since I switched phone services I’ve had no problem. Very satisfied.

I recently replaced my 4-year-old Samsung A50 due to battery issues. Robyn was very helpful with helping me explore my replacement options and explaining available discounts and special offers. I ordered a Samsung S24+ and it arrived as scheduled. Robyn set it up and let me keep my old phone for a few days to make sure everything transferred. She patiently explained the different features of the new phone and answered my questions. The purchase was an easy, pleasant experience and I am very happy with my new phone! Best customer service I have ever recieved from a cell phone center. I have been all over the country and from the time I walked in through the time I walked out I was treated with value and attentiveness. I definitely recommend using this location, Mindy I believe was her name even helped me access my Facebook account because I had forgotten the password when I switched my phone over. My puppy was in the car and I kept having to check on him and the other associate played with him and gave him some treats!! What a great crew!!

Robyn @ the Chipley Florida store was an absolute Rockstar today, we stopped in with questions about upgrading our phones, we can never have a "simple transaction", no such thing exists for us... we were at the store for about 3 hours, and we were not the only customers there.... she was able to upgrade our phones, help people with payments, switch an account from prepaid to postpaid, answer questions about returns/exchanges.... all while being very polite and pleasant... truly an asset to your store, thanks for the great customer service Robyn!

Mindy helped my husband get his new phone and the transfer went smooth. She was great and very friendly! She handled several customers at once and was very helpful and professional.

Mindy at the Chipley Verizon Office is a phenomenal asset to Verizon! I have NEVER had someone so helpful, knowledgeable of their product and service and understanding of my needs in any phone service provider. I was thankful she was at our store. She worked tirelessly trying to get our phones working. Really sad that those she called (and the other associates in the office) had so little help with activation and esim card authentication. They were all finally able to get phones activated, but it was over a 2 hour wait. Other customers waited longer than that. Mindy was quite an advocate for her customers.

So much help setting up my phone. Great customer service. I am a Verizon customer for life. Hometown people and so laid back. Thank you ladies for today.
