Global Imports MINI Service Department

I scheduled a 7 a.m. service appointment online 3 days prior. The online system was very detailed and allowed me to describe the symptoms I had experienced with my Mini accurately. When I arrived the service advisor was waiting, and processed my appointment immediately. I was directed to the customer lounge area and was offered refreshments and snacks. Shortly thereafter my service advisor returned and explained the repair technicians findings. I approved the recommended repairs and my Mini was ready to take home approximately 30 minutes later with a complementary wash and shine. I returned home 100% satisfied with the service I received.

Ashley was an amazing service advisor. Everything was done quickly and the way I asked for it. I like how they send an email with videos of issues or concerns. They also let you decide what you want done or not. Will definitely be back. Best service for a dealership.

Today I visited Global Imports Mini Collision for the first time. My experience with the manager, Sean Eason was great. I brought our car in with a minor issue, expecting to be advised to go down an expensive repair route. However, Sean took the time to thoroughly inspect the problem and provided a clear, detailed explanation of my options. Instead of pushing for the more costly fix, he suggested a simple touch-up that would effectively address the issue.He went ahead and performed the touch-up himself for free! It's rare to find such honesty and customer-focused service!I highly recommend Global Imports Mini Collision at Chamblee for their outstanding service, and integrity.

As per usual, I was checked in quickly. Because my appt was scheduled near opening hours, the wait for my car to actually make it to the service bay was minimal. They were able to assess my car and sent me the appropriate txt to approve the needed repairs. Because my vehicle needed additional services other than what I had scheduled for, I ended up being there longer than anticipated. Thankfully they have an ample amount of space in their waiting area, conducive to doing work on a device if necessary, or just lounging, being on your phone and/or watching TV. The remodeled service desk area is very nice. Today’s customer service experience with my Service Advisor, Dan, was A-1. As much as I hate having to fork over, sometimes large amounts of money, when at the dealership, I can honestly say that everything else about the experience there, is a good one.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving outstanding customer service from Alex at Global Imports Mini. Alex went above and beyond to assist me with my dead battery situation, providing prompt and efficient service with a genuine smile. His graciousness and kindness were truly appreciated, making my experience at Global Imports Mini unforgettable. I cannot thank Alex enough for his professionalism and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. Highly recommended for anyone in need of exceptional automotive service!

I was having issues with my Mini drinking coolant like it was dollar PBR night at my college dive bar, so I called hoping to make a service appointment within the week. I spoke with Alex and he was able to get me in the next day. They fixed everything and clearly explained what the problem was, now it’s running smoothly. 10/10 would recommend.

First, they found the way to get my car checked on the one day I could go. Service was on time and expedite. Ashley particularly, took care of everything and also gave me great advice. I really enjoy taking my clubman to global mini!

Friendly and courteous personnel, I need to drive 2 hours to this dealer. I was told my estimated wait time for the job they had to do was 2 hours. The work was done accurately and efficiently and I was out in just slightly over an hour. Thank you Global!

This was my first time at this Mini dealership and I had a great experience. I recently purchased my Mini so it was good to be able to go to a place that knows all about them. I live about an hour from the dealer so I had to wait. The areas that they have for you to wait is nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this dealership for all your service needs.

Dan was so helpful! I bought my Mini used and it still was covered by the maintenance package. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Everything was done quickly. I was very impressed by the service department.

First of all, I wasn’t shaken down for this review, which I appreciate. Global is the only place to take your Mini for service in Atlanta. Or anywhere near Atlanta. They are fast, immaculate, communicative and personal. I don’t know about price. I do know about value, and peace of mind is worth it while driving around in a fast little car. Alex in Service was great. Be lucky enough to get him. This is my fourth or so service visit to Global. They are great.

Excellent maintenance service at Global Imports MINI Service Department today! Had an oil change. They got me in and right out in under an hour—a clean and relaxing customer lobby area. Excellent customer service. Shout out to Dan for always taking care of the intake process and following through until the conclusion. This is my 2nd Mini Cooper countryman. I still have both and LOVE these cars.

Alex is the best!! Very attentive and on top of things. Love dealing with him and knew my car was in good hands.

Alex at Global Imports MINI is a good listener and helps you weigh any decisions that need to be made, especially when costs are concerned. Prices can’t really be haggled at MINI, but Alex does a great job lessening the blow where and when he can.

Phillip bailed me out on a used Countryman that I purchased from a Honda dealer down the street from Global. Had a lot of issues that needed repair. I explained my problem to Phillip on the phone and gave me a great deal on a new one. I highly recommend this dealership.
