Bach Lac Bakery and Boba

Came here the other day and I Loved It! Had The pork classic sandwich, bread was nice and crispy on the outside but soft enough on the inside, the boba tea was delicious! I try this sandwich and tea everywhere I get the chance and this place was definitely a favorite.

This is a great place for Boba Tea, which is usually why I stop in. They offer a variety of boba flavors and types and allow you to adjust sweetness level. I've also had one of their bami sandwiches and it was very fresh and yummy. Their fries are unique, sweet and nutty and very delicious! The staff is always really friendly, helpful and accommodating. The seating is a bit bare bones, but it's nice and quiet inside which I appreciate when I want to go somewhere to get drinks and chat with a friend. Highly recommend if you like trying various Boba like I do!

I had a great experience at Bach Lac Bakery and Boba. The place has an open and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff and cozy seating. The Vietnamese sandwiches are tasty and authentic, with fresh bread and flavorful fillings. The Vietnamese coffee is strong and good, perfect for a pick-me-up. I will definitely be back and try their boba next time. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves Vietnamese food and drinks.

The char Sui (BBQ pork) Bahn mi is very good! And so is the boba!

The food here is amazing! Everything is made to order and very fresh. The boba teas are very refreshing. We ordered the Char Siu, eggrolls, and had their amazing butter garlic fries. The staff are also very friendly and attentive! It is kept neat and clean. My family and I really enjoyed coming here. We will definitely come back.

A little gem of flavor, Bach Lac was a pleasant treat to discover. Came for the boba but ended up enjoying a sandwich and a panda waffle too! The grilled chicken bami was sweet, tangy and melting pot of fascinating flavors, the relish and pickled carrot was tangy and brought out the sweetness in the chicken marinade. I ordered a mango tea boba and it was sweet and refreshing. The panda waffle was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and it tastes like a fortune cookie flavored Belgian waffle. The service was a delight, and the gentleman that took our order even let us try the pickled carrot before we ordered to ensure we would enjoy it with our sandwiches. I will definitely be coming back again!

Saw this place when passing through Winter Haven and couldn't resist stopping by. The char sui bahn mi is so good! The bread is crispy and fresh. The char sui pork is tender and flavorful. The prices are cheap for such a big sandwich as well, around $6. This place is brand new so they only have a few small tables & chairs, but the owners are very attentive & sweet ❤

Great atmosphere, awesome food and very good service. Especially loved the egg rolls! The grilled chicken sandwich was also delicious.

FINALLY got to experience Bach Lac, and it did not disappoint! Fresh bread was on point, veggies were crunchy and flavorful, and the pork was perfect.

We also dove into their meatball sub and that sweet hoisin cut through in a way no other sub around delivers. Highly recommend. Go give them a visit.

Update June 2022:
Food is still delicious! They now have a good selection of milk tea/slush and several types of add-ins. Prices are still cheap and I think it's a good value for the money. Interior is bare: there's some simple tables in a large space and some decorations around the place to order, but it's not a normal restaurant interior. I'm happy with the low prices and don't mind the interior.

Tried the chicken bami and it was delicious. Menu said grilled chicken, but the meat looked like it was smoked. Tried lychee tea and it was ok...tastes sweet and sour almost like lemonade and the lychee at the bottom tasted ok. For $6, I think the sandwich was a very good value! The $5 tea was about what I normally pay for milk tea with boba at restaurants in the Orlando or Tampa area.

Menu is small and they don't have tables yet. Man who took and fixed my order said they are getting more bubble tea flavors next week.

I had the number one and it was DELICIOUS! The bread was so tasty and crunchy. The sauce they had was so sweet and paired well with the bread and meat. The place was very clean and the customer service was on par! 10/10

The only Bach Lac style bakery in Winter Haven. The teas and coffee are delicious. We ordered the Lychee Tea and Mango Sunset for drinks. Pandan Waffle for iyr snack. Crunchy texture outside, fluffy inside, not too sweet, really balanced. Beautiful green color from the pandan leaf. All for $15.

My husband and I love this place. Officially our go-to spot for Vietnamese Banh Mi (sandwich). Used to go all the way to Tampa or Orlando for my banh mi cravings but not it’s close to home. We usually get #1 Combination, #2 Grilled Pork, and #5 Meat Balls. It’s also buy 5 get 1 free. They bake their sandwiches in-house which is always fresh. The lychee boba drink or lychee dessert are good also.

The place is so cute inside and out and also clean! Talked to the owner she’s so sweet and let me know that they bake their bread in house, definitely a plus! I order the Taro Slushy with boba and it was so tasty! Can’t wait to come back!

Awesome.. fresh GREAT tasting sandwiches! 2nd time back...wow...had number 6...the Chinese sausage and egg...a side of lychee jelly. My wife had char siu.... Everything was sooooo good!

First time at Bach Lac and I will definitely be returning! I got the bbq pork sandwich and a meatball sandwich, and Thai Tea with tapioca boba. It was all so good! The inside was clean and the man that took my order was very nice!

Wasn't food but was the boba tea. I got watermelon tea with strawberry boba and my daughter got strawberry tea with mango boba, definitely will be back often. Next might try food.

They're very welcoming and friendly. It's my first time trying Bami. I got the grilled chicken, it's delicious! I love the flavor and all the veggies! I would definitely come again and recommend it to others.

Great fresh food! The sandwiches are amazing and the bread is so soft. I get the pork sandwich every time and it hits the spot. The owners there are always so nice and friendly. The Boba tea is also really good and fresh! I only recommend for them is to update the furniture inside and get better seating options in there.
