I stopped into Kelly after visiting Wesley chapel Honda not sure if I was going to buy a car with all the hidden fees that the Honda dealership tried to throw on. Kelly is like no dealership I’ve been to especially the Winter Haven lot. No hidden fees just dock, tag transfer, and taxes that was it. Ended up teaching me how to drive stick as the car I liked was manual before we talked everything over and got the car with zero down and no outrageous APR. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for a vehicle of any kind. Peter is what a true salesman should be honest, caring, and easy to talk to.

Great priced trucks awesome service. Brandon was a work horse and was juggling multiple customers at one time. I gave him a time I needed to leave for a scheduled dinner I had planned and he ran to make that happen. Had a slight miscommunication with the manager Kyle but he reached out to me promptly and everything was resolved with full clarity. Great customer service,previous weeks i had stop at lakeland toyota and thinking of getting me a suv even though i had already paid for a vehicle with them last year paid everything good payments history i got there and they had pull back a credit from when covid hit , made excuses that the banks couldn't finance me another vehicle, I call kelly of winter haven explain the situation and they told me to stop by to see what was goin on with my credit well their it goes the help and there's my suv thank you brandon for all the help on helping me getting my suv for my family .
