Shaurie matthews was the worse and she made me loose my voucher I got ported in to winter haven wasn’t able to find a place when I was ready to get ported back where I came from this lady wouldn’t reply to me for a month and a half wasn’t able to get ported back over lost my voucher the wrong people get good jobs they don’t care about us and it’s very sad nobody to talk to about it or get back to you about it’s sad May god have mercury on her cause that lady did me and my kids so wrong … lack of communication

I wouldn't advise anyone to deal with winter heaven section 8 there in need of more training they never no or can't help waste of time asking them any questions .....

The worst place ever!! You can send papers in twice by hand!!! You can send emails and they will still say you didn't send anything and they would not reply to your email asking them if they got anything from you. I called three times on different days during my lunch break.
