The curriculum was comprehensive and covered all of the necessary topics in great detail. The instructor was knowledgeable and supportive, providing ample opportunities for questions and discussion. This has been the best class I have taken by far! I started off taking the free online course through Keller Williams and I got through about 70% of it before realizing I wasn’t anywhere near confident enough to take the final, let alone the state exam. So I decided to find a local in-person class to take. Little did I know I would stumble across this HIDDEN GEM! The way China explains things in such a way that makes it so simple and easy to understand is a rare talent. Not to mention I couldn’t find any other real estate schools where you could complete the whole course in less than a month. Long story short, I am extremely grateful to have had China as my instructor and I 100% Highly recommend!! anyone reading this to take any real estate courses with her. I promise you won’t regret it.

Zarzuela Realty School is the place to go to get prepare you for your real estate license. China is a phenomenal teacher. She has the experience as a broker and the knowledge to break down the lessons for us to understand.

Classes are offer online via ZOOM and in class. I chose ZOOM because of the distance. I did not feel left out being online. She uses blackboard on zoom, PowerPoint presentation, analogies to get information across for us to learn and apply. She is great.!! Now my husband is even interested in the class. 😁. Kudos China!!!

I took my 65 hours pre license two years ago and China is amazing, so I came back to take my 45hours post license. And Every time I come is a great experience. You learn a lot from her. I highly recommend this school.

Attending China's class was a great experience. I had very little experience with realty, however I went into the final exam feeling confident. She has a special gift for teaching because she is very patient and takes the initiative to get to know her students. I would highly recommend anyone looking to certify to take her course.

Took the weekend class with Ms. China! She made the course super easy, and taught so you could comprehend and answers questions and she has really great techniques and strategies implemented in the course so the knowledge can be retained!

I went to Zarzuela Realty to take my 45 hour Real Estate Agent Post License course and I am extremely satisfied with the instructor. China is very professional and the method she teaches will help you understand the material with ease. I have always had difficulty with exam’s math portions, however after China explained the math, I was able to understand and resolve the math problems with ease. I’ll keep it real with y’all, she’s excellent, I tried going the online route and that didn’t work out for me but with Zarzuela I passed my final on my 1st try, she even made a study guide for us & that was definitely out of curtesy and the goodness of her heart , she’s very ethical and funny, and her patience is endless, literally, she uplifts you when you doubt yourself and she’s really pretty too, I’d recommend her as a RE teacher and agent, she goes out of her way to make sure the client gets what they wanted and at the best price, she’s great.
what else can I say? The bathrooms are clean and she gives you breaks in between chapters , as well a lunch break , very willing to help and takes pride in our success. I’m glad God led me to her.

I was licensed as a sales associate and i had relocated and i let my license go, so i had to start all over again and I had gone to another Real Estate school before but nothing comparing to current experience.
