Tracy and Tom are the best! They have been helping me with my claim and dealing with my insurance company for the past few weeks. My truck got struck by lightning and if it wasn't for their help, I'm sure the insurance company would still have me running around in circles!

What an amazing place this is!! We are down here on a birthday trip and when leaving Peppa Pig theme park our alternator went out. We called this company and asked if they had an alternator in stock and they did. So they squeezed us in last minute and replaced our alternator in an hour!! They were so polite and courteous! They saved us and we are so grateful! Thank you Tracy Lomba for being so good to us, and to the service department for saving the day!!!

After moving here from Virginia, we were having problems finding a car place to keep up on our new truck. The first one did nothing but rip us off. A friend of mine said I should try Chevrolet Center, and I will never go anywhere else again.
They are so friendly and straightforward that it makes going to the service center enjoyable.

I have been to many and I mean MANY Chevy service centers and this was the first time I could say I had a great experience. My appointment was on Friday but they let me know they couldn’t get to it until Monday. However, Bo made sure to take care of me on Monday and let me know exactly what was going on. Thank you Bo!! 🙏🏻

My family has serviced their vehicles here for over 20 years. There are three great guys in the service office. Rob, Mike and Shannon always take great care of us.

My 2015 Equinox was involved in a serious accident on 1/19. The team at the collision center were most helpful in assisting the insurance adjuster evaluate the damage and kept me informed. Unfortunately it was deemed a total loss. Had it been repairable I would have been very confident with your team making it new again. Many thanks !!!

Took my truck in for first free oil change. Called to make an appointment and got right in. Also got my illuminated Chevy bowtie installed on my new truck. The guys always get me right at Chevy Center Winter Haven.

I had my vehicle to another Cheverolet dealership for a screeching noise coming from my air vents. This other dealership decided to replace my power steering, and I still had the screeching noise! Cheverolet Center knew right away the problem and had my vehicle back to me the same day! Amazing service!
