Sonic Drive-In

Went through the drive through. Young lady was busting her butt behind that window. I had to wait but it was obvious lack of staffing, not anyone's fault that was at work. Great food, great service.

The cashier, Amanda H. was so very kind and was literally went above and beyond for the customers in the restaurant. I sat back and watched how she interacted with the guests and I was very impressed with her hospitality and professionalism. At one point she even came to my table and offered my daughter a cute little new years hat and my daughter was so excited over it!!! I cannot tell you how much it meant to us to be treated so very kind. God bless you Amanda. As far as the food, it was pretty bad. The soda was moldy tasting and I'm sure it hasn't been cleaned properly in a very long time. I've been in the restaurant business for many years and know that moldy taste, unfortunately. The chicken bites were so hard my daughter couldn't bite into them so we threw them away. Her burger was great she said and my chili dog tasted amazing 🤩 Other than that it was nice. I didn't ask for a refund or complain about the food because of how kind Amanda was. If the service had been terrible then I would have definitely asked for a refund no doubt. We dined inside and I'm glad for that. During our meal a customer came in from the drive in and claimed he had been waiting a very long time for his food and inquired on what was going on. The employees couldn't find his order and Amanda made things right, retook his order and remade his food. Amanda was very apologetic and made sure he was taken care of. I probably won't be back though because in my opinion the food is too expensive for the quality you receive. Keep up the awesome hospitality and customer service though!

If I'm going to enjoy a fast food burger, it's Sonic with tator tots. We both enjoy the blasts for an occasional treat. Service has been good every time. It's a nice place, not crowded during off times when we go.

They were great. Our screen didn’t work but the lady was phenomenal. She even made us thick shakes like we asked!! Their shakes are amazing!!

I came the other day to get the new buffalo bites and they were out, but the manager on duty told me to come back the next day and let a manager know that I could have them made seeing as I already paid for them. The manager on duty Anna was very polite and quickly had them make them for me. Good atmosphere even though they were VERY busy outside while I was the only one inside. Very attentive will be back for more!

Absolutely love the pretzel twists! Takes similar to auntie annes!! Stay is great! Quick, efficient and friendly!

Staff was beyond friendly. My twin girls are 4 years old and make ordering difficult and they were patient and made their meal a little differently to suit my picky eaters. One of my girls also poked a hole in her milkshake almost immediately and they replaced it with no questions asked. Inside was clean and orderly. Again, staff was super sweet and helpful. Perfect experience for a mom with silly kids.

Bomb Sonic Blast with Oreos and Reeses and they're slushies are always on point. Thanks for the quick and kind service today.

The Chili cheese tots were great, everything came out hot and fresh. Philly Cheesesteak was amazing and so was the bacon cheese bites

you know why you're going and what you'll get. excellent service. just this time missing some sauces (spicy other than the buffalo one), but nothing serious. at the time of my arrival, plenty of space and nobody else were around, so my group of 10 had all the place for ourselves.

Love the 50 cent corn dogs . Service was great too

I got the chili cheese footlong and it was super good!! Forgot how big it was 😯 it was delicious though!! Topped off with a lemonade 🍋

They forgot my mozzarella sticks. And I called up and notified them of the mistake. The girl was very nice and apologized and told me to come up anytime to get them replaced for free. More places should offer this kinda customer experience.

I love ordering from the app. My wife is pregnant and she craves the strawberry limeade at least 3 times a week. It was made poorly and the girl that was working yesterday went above and beyond to make sure it was right. Thank you for the great service.

Love this Sonic. We generally order ahead through the app (gotta love half priced drinks) so the process is simple. We order and when we arrive just out in our stall number. They are generally pretty quick with orders and we've not had any issues. Food is hot and drinks are cold!

There was a significant mistake made with my order. I called in and was directed to a manager named Colby. He was very courteous and respectful of my issues and acknowledged their mistake. He said he would make sure I was taken care of at my next visit. And he did just that. I watched him personally oversee my entire order and double checked everything before it was given to me. Never once did I feel like I was a bother. WELL DONE! Thank you Colby. This type of service is why I continue to come to your store.

Love the variety of food. Grandkids love the slushies Onion rings remind me of Red Robin.

Chicken Cheddar crusted excellent. Sister had a Stake she said it was good but a bit pricey. Excellent Server
