Oak Ridge was absolutely amazing from the time I got there. I lost my Lee of 50 years suddenly and the pain is still real. Nicole and Oak Ridge staff help me through the most difficult time of my life. Nicole walked me through the process from beginning to end. They took care of everything I didn't have to worry about the service, songs and the pictures. I'm beyond grateful and words will never tell Oak Ridge how much they were appreciated. This is a Big Thank You to all the staff at Oak Ridge for Lee's Celebration of Life.

My Fathers passing was unexpected and it was probably the hardest thing that my family had to deal with so far. From the moment we walked in the door Nicole made us feel like we were in good hands. Her consideration and patience were so comforting that it made the process go smoothly. Our service was beautiful and was everything we could have asked for. It was the way my father would have wanted to be honored and I cannot say enough about Nicole and her associates.

Most of the time death doesn’t come at a good time and it is definitely sad losing a loved one, but finding the right funeral home can make that time a little more bearable. We started off our new year with the loss of my dad and Oak Ridge Funeral Care made the experience a lot less stressful. Nicole Davis was our director and she did a phenomenal job! She was very knowledgeable, compassionate and most of all very patient with me, my mom and family. She and the staff were very accommodating with the arrangements we had made for my dad, including last minute additions and changes. Thank you Nicole and everyone else at Oak Ridge for helping my family navigate this process a little easier. *Also, Oak Ridge follows up with you afterwards and offers a variety of options to help deal with the grieving process and provide other information that family may need after experiencing the loss of a loved one.

The staff at Oak Ridge Funeral Care is top-notch. Nicole assisted me with arranging everything. They even had the honor guard present the American Flag to me for my husband's service in the Marine Corps. I was very pleased with the entire memorial ceremony.

The Oak Ridge staff and especially Keith were very kind and thoughtful during this difficult time. Everything was handled with a great deal of care, grace and gentleness. My brothers passing was difficult but Oak Ridge was very good to work with.

Oak Ridge Funeral Care is the best in the business. Would definitely recommend due to their professionalism, their care on the deceased and the loved ones of the deceased is out of this world. Nicole made the grieving process a lot more smoother, she took excellent care of my grieving mother. She went above and beyond to ensure the most minute detail was perfect . Losing my mom unexpectedly was the worst day of my life. My mom was taken to Oak Ridge and I'm so glad she was. Nicole was an angel who treated me with so much tender loving care. She was compassionate and very helpful. This was a very traumatic time for me, but I'm so blessed that Nicole and her colleagues were there for me.
