My first time going here and a very productive people , caring, loving and concerned about you. Forgot i am a patient now and my name is Dawn Rains. Dr.Miranda was the first and only doctor who took the time out to check my hip out and is getting things on the role to where i pray God will have me walking this year. Thank you staff yall were awesome as well.

Dr. Miranda is the best pain management Doctor around. He has helped me for so many years with my pain. I won't see no one else and have declined to move to another doctor.
Tonda is amazing, she keeps me going there too. She keeps you relaxed, calm and treats you like you are number 1.

I am very satisfied with the Physical Therapy I received from Mayo. I was pain free when I finished my therapy. I continue to do the exercises daily and have continued to be pain free.
When I met with Dr. Amann he was very thorough when explaining my condition. I liked that he explained what would be done and the risks involved in having surgery. He was not pushy when I said surgery was a last resort. He also offered other options for pain management if my pain comes back. I will return to this office for treatment if the need be.

Dr Hostler and Dr Miranda are so special to me. Both are very knowledgeable and listen to you they don't bet around the bush !know their stuff and don't play around trying to get you well! Their office staff and nurses are their for you. Even the people working for then they make you feel at home

Dr Miranda and his Staff are outstanding. My wife and I have been getting treated for a couple of years and have had outstanding service. Dr Miranda is a very professional and caring person. His assistant Tanda is also outstanding

I am giving 5 stars for Karen and Mayo, who both were very professional, detailed, and amazing physical therapists! I received a lot of good advice and learned techniques and exercises to keep myself healthy. They patiently worked with me and went beyond the call of duty. I am also giving 5 stars to Cheryl Bacheldor, who I consulted with about my medical conditions, she listened to what I said, advised me appropriately, and followed up with me through my testing and labs. The receptionists at the front desk were always polite and helpful as well was Christine in the physical therapist office. I was very pleased overall with my experience at this time.

However, I would like to note that return phone calls from the doctor's office are hard to get. Not sure why they do not always return a phone call, but it is definitely a problem. I went in and personally cancelled an appointment I'd made for another condition with another one of the doctors because the staff never returned my calls to confirm they had received my message to cancel the appointment. I wasn't surprised to find out that the appointment still existed. I was concerned about the no show fee, so that is why I made a special stop to cancel my appt. personally.

I really appreciated the quality of care I received. I greatly improved. The entire staff was great and I would recommend them. They took their time and they really worked patiently with me. They really cared and they were very kind to me from the receptionist (Christy) to the Assistant to the Physical Therapist (Karen), and the Physical Therapist (Mayo). They were really kind and nice and did their very best working with me. Thank you so much!

I am we pleased with the helpfulness of the staff from the check in to seeing Dr. Delgado! He's a very informed physician. My husband is his patient. This is my 1st visit. I needed a 2nd opinion. Dr. Delgado explains things so that we can understand. He doesn't use the fact that, "I'm a specialist", go to his head. I'd recommend him highly! The receptionists are very polite & can be funny😊. No complaints thus far & I'm not looking to find any. Everyone has bad days. I've seen how they handle patients that comes into the facility very upset & angry. The lady's handle the situation with professional tact.

It’s 2:20PM in the afternoon following a 7:00AM Laminectomy surgery and I’m already home resting comfortably. Dr Amann was phenomenal from start to finish. He thoroughly explained the procedure in his office and again this morning. Following the surgery he reached out to my wife and updated her. Also a huge shout out to Teresa in Dr Amann’s office for all of her support and patience on pre-surgery preparation. I cannot close without big kudos to the excellent staff and team at Winter Haven hospital.

The daily exercises given by PT Mayo were extremely helpful and alleviated the majority of my daily pain within a few weeks. He explained the purpose of the exercises and showed me the correct way to do them. His caring and encouragement kept me motivated to make this a new lifestyle. Thank you, Mayo!

Dr Amann and Dr Miranda and Tanda are amazing. They have always taken great care of my girlfriend for the years she's been coming here. They always explain everything in great detail and keep us informed and are very caring!!

I highly recommend Dr. Alain Delgado for chronic migraine. He always takes time to discuss how I'm doing medically, and he is constantly researching new treatments instead of staying in the past like some doctors. He finds what works and I'm very satisfied as his patient.

I don’t know where to begin I was so skeptical about going to physical therapy for my lower back pain as I had never had success with therapy before but I want to say Mayo and Karen both went above and beyond to teach me all of the exercises I needed to correct my posture after probably forty years of slumping. I now stand erect and will always be thankful to Mayo for explaining to me how to stand and walk erect and it has relieved my back pain tremendously. Thank you Mayo you are an excellent example of an exemplary employee

I had physical therapy with Mr.Mayo and will like to comment on his service. Mr. Mayo got me on my feet in about 6 sessions. He showed throughout my treatment that he is very knowledgeable at what he does, he also showed how much he cares about the people with whom he works with.

I was so pleased with my physical therapy I received here. The gentleman who was my therapist worked so well with me. He helped me with posture and even adjusted my car seat to where I would not strain my neck while driving. I have never had such a caring and compassionate medical person who I felt really cared about my pain.

Had five physical therapy sessions with Mayo. He is a terrific care provider who fully explained every aspect of my therapy. I'm certain my life will be better having been treated by him. Thank you so much Mayo!

A huge shout out to both mayo and Karen! I have dealt with this dang ole knee injury for eight years now, no help to be had and relentless pain that I just couldn't pinpoint. After 12 sessions where I learned how to walk, turn , stand and take stairs correctly in my condition (who knew there was a correct way of doing those things lol) I can honestly say my knee feels like something I can control now. My pain levels went from a constant everyday 5-9 to a 1-3, and I went from being able to only bend my knee to a 15 where now I can bend it to a 27! On to my MRI next week! (And I'll be confident in where my pain is now) looking forward to future bike rides! Thanks guys!

I just completed physical therapy for chronic neck and shoulder pain. I'm feeling much better. My therapist was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and kind. I highly recommend Mayo.
