AT&T Store

This is a long overdue review. Kudos to Zoraida for taking such good care of my wife late on the Friday before Christmas. She was patient, courteous, and warm, with great humor and an outstanding customer service approach. Zoraida even stayed late a half hour after closing to make sure my wife’s new phone and service was fully functional with all data transferred. Definitely a great experience and service we appreciate!!!

The gentleman who was attending was very kind and helpful, he was by himself but very professional with a smile, if I remember his name is Jonathan, thank you so much for your help. Very patient.
Only the timing was the issue but like I said he was alone and try and every single customer that had arrived to the store, but with quality of service would wait again.

I had a good/ easy time in the AT&T store yesterday, making it better than I'd thought it would be, which was a huge plus for me! I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of my visit to the store and getting a new phone on my plan! Great prices and products!

Customer service by Semaj was flawless - very helpful and courteous. Buying a new phone was a most pleasant experience.

I was in this store today. It was such a great experience. It took less than 15 mins to order a new phone & case. Semaj was knowledgeable, friendly & super efficient!! This isn’t the closest store to me, but I will return here the next time I need something!!

The store was conveniently located. l was very happy with the knowledge and service provided by Semaj. He is a distinct asset to the company.

All 3 of the gentleman that worked in the store were VERY professional and made the whole experience easy. Highly recommend this AT&T location.

Felicia is amazing! I have been to many AT&T stores over the years and she really knows her stuff. She was patient and very knowledgeable. I went to a few AT&T stores on Black Friday looking for a new phone and this is the store I ended up making the purchase at all thanks to Felicia. Highly recommend!

This AT&T store is the best one I have been to in the United States. I was at an AT&T store Monday on the corner of Santa Barbara and veterans Parkway and completely an educated and an interesting and doing their job , the GM at the Gladiolus store in Fort Myers Felicia is absolutely amazing. Went in there for a problem that I was having for a couple of weeks and she fixed it in 30 seconds or less. I am honored to be able to go into the store and see her amazing smile and she is extremely soft on the eyes 100% gorgeous and flawless !!!!!!!!!!

Extremely pleased with the assistance and customer service at this location! GM Felicia is truly exceptional – always incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient. There are AT&T stores closer to where I live and work, but after receiving help from Felicia I won’t even consider going to another location. Got helped with a phone trade in today. Great staff who were quick and willing to help. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Excellent service even under chaotic conditions. I was simply there to buy a car charger for my phone, the store was packed and some customers were beginning to get quite rude to the young lady that was working there, her name was Felicia. It took a little time for my turn came and I was impressed at her composure and professional affect. She represented your store with the utmost professionalism.

I called Felicia the general manager and unfortunately nothing was working so I went down to AT&T office on Gladiolus Drive in Florida and dealt with this gentleman name Darius and he is one genius for doing what he did to help me. I ended up needing my insurance on the phone to get a new phone. He is an asset to AT&T and he is it even more of an asset to Felicia the two of them are an amazing team……

Have been with AT&T for years. We always go to the same location for our phone updates. This time, we decided to try a different location. Here, on Gladiolus, we met Darius. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and, most of all, knew his business. We enjoyed an exceptional experience and got our new phones. Darius reflects credit upon himself and AT&T. Thanks, Darius!!

I had a wonderful experience today with Felicia, who personally spent 90 minutes of her time transferring my elderly father's MANY contacts to his new phone one at a time via blue tooth. She even made sure all the ice contacts and favorites were programmed correctly. Thank you Felicia and Darius for saving us the huge headache of doing this ourselves. Kudos to your good work!

I've been an AT&T customer for many years and have never had the good fortune to have someone help me at the caliber of Felicia. Felicia loves challenges and excels at exceptional customer service. She was determined to overcome incredible technical obstacles to retrieve/'port in' my landline business phone number to a mobile phone. The process took more than 10 hours spread out over weeks. Felicia even monitored the process on her off time, since Century Link would cancel the process at odd hours of the day and night. But Felicia prevailed. One day while we were waiting for the other phone company to respond, I observed Felicia patiently assisting an elderly couple. During that time a harried man came in and waited maybe 5 minutes before bellowing that they were going to report her for "just chatting" and making them wait so long. What they didn't know, but Felicia did, was that the older couple needed more than technical help, they needed a listening ear. There was a trainee behind the AT&T counter watching it all. Hopefully she learned from Felicia that this is how you win customers for life. As I now am.

My wife & I are very impressed with this store. The manager, Felicia, is able to multitask like nobody we have encountered lately & overall the service that we received was second to none. Thank you AT&T.
