Bill P was an absolute amazing help today. We are opening Next Day Acess in the NE FL area for all your home accessibility and safety needs, and we needed tools to launch our business. Bill went above and beyond helping us in every way. He walked us to each product, suggested some, helped get us set with the individual to set us up a business account, and set our larger power tools aside in a dedicated area so we could continue to shop for other items. He even looked at nearby locations if something was not available or if we needed 2 and 1 was at their store. We left with everything we needed thanks to Bill. He is truly an amazing asset to Lowes and made our experience top notch! Thank you Bill, we will be back :)

Mr. Tom from the garden center really helped us today. We were looking for an appropriate fertilizer for our lawn and he helped us to find what we were looking for, and suggested additional type of fertilizer we could use for the problem areas of our lawn. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also helped us to load the sod in a car, and it was raining! Such a great customer service and care for the customers! Thank you very much!

Great all-in-one store. Got supplies for my concrete project. Then picked up some potting soil and then got some chlorine tablets. Now I can focus on my project instead of driving around town getting materials. The self checkout is user friendly, making checkout a breeze.

They have a really friendly garden center people who were eager to help.

I found this store to have awesome quantity of products of all kinds. There was staff roaming throughout the store offering help, in finding what you were looking for. Great experience to visit there

Went here to exchange a wrench under warranty, and Bob in tools was determined to help me find a replacement. Unfortunately the three wrenches that was shown in stock were coincidentally, stolen, therefore could not make the exchange. It’s not Lowe’s fault that some scumbag stole all three of their wrenches, and left the tags behind..showing 3 in the inventory. He tried everything in his power to make that exchange happen, and I appreciate that.

Went in looking for some stain and polyurethane to refinish a dining room table. We were not sure what we needed or where to start. Mr. Art in the paint department approached us offering assistance. He was beyond knowledgeable, and walked us through step by step what we would need and how to do it all. He was friendly, helpful, honest and even offered us to call him at the store if we ran into any trouble. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days. Lowes is lucky to have this man! Thank you, Art!

The stark contrast between this store and its local competitor will impress you. Lowe's employees are knowledge able, happy to assist and AVAILABLE...!! Shout-out to the associate in Paint Dept for helping me select the right product and offering application tips!

Sales reps are knowledgeable, bought a wine cooler which was delivered on time, they set it up quickly for me bcuz I could not push it, discarded the box and stuff, I loved the personalized service throughout my purchase

All around the best home improvement store in town. Easy access from the highway to their ample parking lot that has both handicap and reserved parking for veterans. This store is well stocked, clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful (which is not so at the other similar store in town) plus they never seem to need to block off entire sections while you're shopping. I've used their mobile app to do research and check availability before shopping which is helpful and saves time. Finally, without exception, every encounter with the employees and checkout clerks has been positive. They are knowledgeable and pleasant and seem to really care that your experience there is positive. If you are a military veteran they give you a ten percent discount on everything you buy everyday - thanks Lowe's.

Art was so helpful! I asked him to help me find an item and he not only did that but explained to me how to get the job I needed done and helped me find better more effective products for my other jobs. You can’t beat good customer service. Thank you Art!!

When we need home improvement items, I know Lowes have what I need. They always give me my veterans discount. Great place to shop.

Clean and neat, organized and so we'll staffed with friendly, helpful folk. Will choose Lowes over Home Depot next time, too.

Loads is always the place I come to get tools and supplies reasonable prices and good customer service.

Lowes is great. Love their drive-through lot for garden supplies in the spring. Nice to have your car loaded for you. Definitely saves you time of having to load things onto a cart, pay and then reload from the cart to your vehicle.

I have made a number of visits and purchased from water to building materials for the past several years. No complaints.

And they always help us load our cart with heavy stuff and take it out to our vehicle and load it Force there too very nice people in there a lot of help
