River City Custom Cabinetry

While living in St. Augustine Fl., I purchased a lake house in Salem, SC which needed new cabinetry in the kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. Not knowing anyone in the local South Carolina area, River City Custom Cabinetry was recommended to me by several former clients in the Jacksonville, FL area. I took pictures of both the kitchen and bathrooms and emailed them along with measurements taken by my contractor to River City Custom Cabinetry. Within two weeks, I met with the owner, Damon, and the Office Manager, Danielle, to review and approve their plans, choose the cabinetry design, type of wood, selection of hardware, and finishing. Their showroom has a wonderful selection. Danielle was extremely knowledgeable, and her suggestions were on point with my expectations. Jeff and Eddie made the 7 hour trip to deliver the cabinets. My driveway descends at a 25% grade. So not to damage the cabinets, they parked at the top of the roadway and carried them down the steep driveway. They were professional, polite and extremely accommodating. The next day, Bobby arrived to install the cabinets.His expertise and dedication was apparent by his sincere concern for customer satisfaction. He is a perfectionist! All-in-all, I couldn't be happier!! There is nothing like custom cabinetry! River City Custom Cabinetry took a dream and made it a reality from start to finish! Thank-you, I LOVE it!

We built our first home with a builder about 3.5 years ago now....the process was stressful to say the least. Of the 30+ subs we worked with on the project I can only count on one hand the ones that under promised and over delivered. Our experience with Danielle, Damon and the entire team at recover city custom cabinets was was fantastic. They were professional, on time and the cabinets are spectacular. Not only is the quality good, but they designed the entire kitchen, bathrooms and closets and made the entire process so seeemless from beginning to end. About a year ago our good friends were building a home and asked for our recommendations....I gave them a few subs that I was happy with but insisted that that don’t even consider another cabinet company. When the job was done they told me that RCCC was by far the best experience of their build.

As a 20+ year small business owner I have come to appreciate other businesses that do what they say they are going to do...and River City is certainly one of the few....

River City cabinetry did a wonderful job on the cabinets in my entire house. We worked one on one with the owner, as he helped configure and design the kitchen, laundry room, mudroom, pantry, and every bathroom. The installers were polite and worked very fast. I have received dozens of compliments on the quality and appearance of the cabinetry. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent quality and absolutely beautiful craftsmanship. The staff in the office all the way down to the shop are well suited for their respective roles. Attentive to details and very much driven in helping their clientele to achieve their own individual dreams and goals with the custom cabinetry for whichever project needing completion. The review below (Kimber) sounds like a former employee that is upset about something. I have dealt with River City for years and know a lot of the people there and I am POSITIVE that none of that is true. I am a designer locally and have done both in town and out of town jobs with this company. Their prices are great and their work is as good as you will find anywhere in the country. They are a dream to work with and I have done double digit projects with them and all have been a tremendous success. I can't say enough good things about Damon and his team.

Danielle is wonderful!
We spent a frustrating day searching for help with a project. We were ready to give up after getting several negative responses. Then we found Danielle at River City Custom Cabinetry. I chose River City Custom Cabinetry to make a new vanity for my recent bathroom remodel. The vanity I received was far above and beyond what I was expecting! The design, color, custom touches, hardware, and install were impeccable. It is my favorite room in the house now! haha I cant wait to get started on the kitchen remodel! Damon and his team have designed a new kitchen for me that I simply cant WAIT to have!

Truly on a different level than any other cabinet company I have come across. The owner has an eye for design and personally conducts each and every appointment with his buyers. After having completed several projects with them I can't imagine using anyone else. Office staff and installers are top notch! Installation and finished product superb! Highly recommend!!!

We have used River city cabinetry on two houses in the past two years. Our homes require custom cabinetry and I cannot even express how wonderful the workmanship and quality of our cabinets are. Also in my kitchen they really thought of every detail from dividers in my silverware drawers, vertical slats for pans, large spacious drawers for my pots. A large divider drawer for spatulas and kitchen tools. A pullout spice pantry. The cabinets are beautiful. The work was done in a timely manner and they are very responsive if we ever have situations where we need a little bit a help. They also recently did all of the cabinets for a new home that we built. They did the kitchen and all the bathrooms and anyone that walks in the house is always impressed by the functionality of the cabinets, the soft close drawers and doors, and just the overall beauty of the work.

Damon and his staff are dedicated to building the finest cabinets in North Florida. Their work speaks for itself.

The people are extremely helpful and nice, the cabinets they make are great, they are second to none, the workmanship is fantastic, you won't find a better product anywhere.
