Had a super great experience at Experimax Cape Coral . First of all, I went IN STORE and got immediate and knowledgeable customer service. Can't get that too often anymore. I was just trying to get information about a Macbook Pro. Was going to buy online but I had so many questions, as I haven't been a Mac user for a looooong time. Colby greeted me immediately even though he was with a customer and Kevin walked me through all things great and small. I did end up buying a Macbook Pro. Comes with 1 year hardware warranty and lifetime support. I think that's what he said. Anyway, very good experience, highly recommend.

These guys saved my rear end. I had a failing but not terribly old iMac. They updated the hard drive and RAM memory, now it is working perfectly well for my needs. Most importantly, they worked diligently to capture the data from the old drive, and a failing backup drive. Recommended!

Love these guys! Literally can't say enough good things. Kevin the Owner and Chris B. one of the sales associates(tech guru) have helped me twice now with large purchases and are both wonderful! I purchased an iMac and MacBook from them about a year ago and just traded-in/upgraded to a newer MacBook air and added a 27" iMac for my home office and one of the rare cinema displays to make my work office dual monitors! They remembered me and have kept me informed of promotions. They run a great business and make sure to take care of loyal customers!

We were on vacation, when my wife's Macbook Pro died. It was the hard drive. D.O.A. But they were able to replace the hard drive and save most of the data including hundreds of photos. These guys are lifesavers. I found them thru Google maps and their reviews where much better than the Apple stores in the area.

They’re service was wonderful great pricing and very clean store and colby was amazing very fast and well spoken. Kevin was always a great help and worked so fast I definitely recommend them.
