Advance Auto Parts

There's an auto parts store right across the street from Advance. They are the least helpful staff on earth! At Advance, you are greeted right away by someone who is ready and able to help you fill your needs. Recently, Heather was "at my service". I needed new wiper blades for my truck. She asked if I knew which brand I wanted, no I didn't, asking for her suggestion. We walked to the aisle, she pointed out a familiar brand that was on sale, perfect! Then when she rang me up, there was an additional discount! We both went outside where she popped the new blades on quicker than I could! Very pleased!

Manager Mike S was very helpful. I had an issue with a receipt from another store, due to a pick up issue and he was patient and took care of everything. Thank you.

Brandon the store manager in chipley fla is the Best :) My husband and I broke down and he was very professional in helping me get the parts I needed for our truck , He went above and beyond to help and was very kind with my parlized husband with no speech to show him what the codes had said for the truck , I will CONTINUE TO ONLY BUY PARTS FROM THIS STORE BECAUSE OF THIS EMPLOYEE AND I AM FOREVER IN HIS DEBT FOR HIS KINDNESS AND GENEROSITY, Thank you Advance Auto Parts for having such a GREAT EMPLOYEE ,

I won't use any other part store. The staff is super awesome and very helpful. I'm a regular customer cause my truck is always broke and I've never had any issues. Best part store in town. If they don't have what you need they will get it. Highly recommended.

Great customer service! I believe the guy's name was John that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and joked around keeping the mood light when I was upset about my car. Will definitely be going back if I need any car stuff.

This facility is always top notch and the staff are always very knowledgeable of the parts and items that they have to offer. The staff that was there helped me right away and always greet you when you walk in the door immediately. Five stars for this facility!!

Advance Auto Parts - was great, I called late yesterday and asked if they had a certain parts that I needed. They didn't have them but at 7:30 am they had the parts! The service was great, and their prices were too! I recommend Advance Auto Parts to everyone! I've used them for years!!😎

Thank you Brandon for taking the time to find my part for my VW CC when the manger Mike said it was a dealer only part and they couldn’t get it for me!!!!! I love this parts store. I've been coming here all my life back when they were the only parts store in Chipley. I love the guys that work here especially John I think his name was he is always so helpful and full of great tips and knowledge about parts and advice on things that could possibly be wrong with your vehicle. They also will put your wipers on or batteries in and plug you into the diagnostic machine for free. Ladies!!! That's right. Lol. Anyways they are always also at least five dollars or more usually cheaper then anybody else. Every time. So this is and always has and always will be my all time best and go to parts house.

Very nice cashier. The gentleman even put my windshield wipers on for me!

Kevin helped us out. Our car had a broken belt, and he came out and made sure we were getting the right one for replacement. The employees here are always helpful, we seem to shop there a lot lately lol

Found a sturdy windshield sunscreen for my SUV at a reasonable price, along with some extra low-profile fuses. The employees are always pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable.
