HELLO BROTHERS & SISTERS. MAY THE LORD ALMIGHTY GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO WHATABURGER. I HEARD IT WAS A GREAT PLACE FOR BURGERS AND SUCH.
I ORDERED ONLINE. A REGULAR BURGER & A MEDIUM ORDER OF FRIES. I DINED IN. I WAS SUPRISED WHEN A YOUNG MAN, BROUGHT OUT MY FOOD, PLUS A TRAY WITH CONDIMENTS.
LET ME BACK TRACK A BIT. WHEN I ENTERED WHATABURGER TO LET THEM KNOW, I WAS THERE TO GET MY FOOD.
A VERY RESPECTFUL, POLITE, courteous, helpful , young AFRICAN ANERICAN man, tended to my needs. He checked on my order, told me my order was being plated & would be brought out shortly.
AND SO IT WAS. THEN ANOTHER YOUNG MAN CAME OUT WITH MY FOOD. HE HANDED ME MY FOOD & GAVE ME THE CONDIMENTS I DESIRED & NAPKINS. I BROUGHT MY OWN DRINK WITH ME.
THE PLACE WAS QUITE BUSY. BOTH INSIDE & OUT. THE BURGER WAS INCREDIBLE, IT MELTED IN MY MOUTH. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. MOUTH WATERING DELICIOUS. THE FRIES WERE ALSO DELICIOUS. AND STAYED CRISPY.
THE UNSIDE OF THE RESTAURANT WAS VERY CLEAN, AS WAS THE RESTROOM.
THE TEAM MEMBERS WORK VERY HARD.
MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AT WHATABURGER, WAS AMAZING.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING AT THIS WHATABURGER.

Best Whataburger I’ve been too since coming to visit Jax.. the other few I’ve been to when I visited were so trashy and smelled weird and just under kept but this particular location is very clean!! The staff was really polite and the food was hot and delicious 🔥

Personnel working were extra helpful providing assistance with us, and making us feel welcomed and getting us, not only the food, but asking what else could they get us to make our experience better. The food was excellent and they offered to get the order done over to get just perfect.
They "went out of their way" to really serve! It's refreshing to see an art that's almost disappearing from the food service industry today!

Kudos guys, from order taking, table service and management. 👍

I ordered food from here for the family after a rough day for us. Every meal was a special/customized order with extras added on after the meals. Every drink, shake, burger, and sauce was 100% CORRECT and absolutely delicious. Thank you guys so much for taking care of us tonight, you guys are the real ones 2/26/24

I huge thanks to Sam! I waited in line 15-20 minutes just to receive Luke warm fires. Sam made sure I received fresh fries with my order. I appreciate good customer service!

I drive between Annapolis and Tampa regularly and stop here on a consistent basis. The employees are always helpful and polite. They’re always working hard in the kitchen, working the floor, or even scrubbing the concrete walkway outside.

First time there. Dante at the front made it feel like I was a regular. As a customer I was expecting decent customer service and decent delivery time and I got so much more. Atmosphere was clean and everyone seemed cool! Thanks y’all!

It was really good! I used the online coupons, that was a huge win on my end. I really enjoyed their fast and fresh services. Very welcoming and kind.

One word… Amazing! Never had whataburger and it was well worth the drive! With lines wrapped around the corner this placed still serves extremely fast and with a smile! We will always be back to this location!!!

Best onion rings and patty melt in town (especially considering it's a fast-food restaurant)!!! Always speedy and friendly service and open 24hrs- All-around LOVEEEE!!! ❤❤❤

The rewards system is great. I highly recommend you download the app and scan it every time you go to get points because you will also get random free coupons.

I had a coupon for a free Patty Melt Meal. The patty melt was awesome. I like my burgers well done and they put it on the order and cooked it great without any complaining like some places will do when u ask for well done.

Best onion rings ever. The grilled chicken sandwich is awesome and the 🍔 with jalapenos was awesome. Thank you and definitely recommend it.

My favorite burger joint. 🍔 I stop at this location every time I go to Jacksonville and the only thing I can say is that they need to upsell at the register. I definitely would have added cheese to my burger, because it gives it an even better flavor if I would have been asked yo add cheese. Other than that, I love this place

The food was excellent! Haven't had whataburger since Texas and it was hot, fresh and amazing. The lady at the register seems like she hates her job 😆, a little rude but overall it was nice.

So far, every Whataburger location's service I've experienced so far has been good. And to make things even better, I personally enjoy their food as well. Their fries are close to being as good as McDonald's, and their Burgers beat Burger King. I am a little mad about their DP shake being removed. That was the bomb.

Food is great, but the drive through can be really slow and they sometimes forget to give you napkins and utensils.

So ok I love Whataburger. I spent many late nights and and a lot of mornings eating at them in Arizona. So it was a nice treat to see one in Jacksonville, FL. We grabbed a couple cheese burgers and chicken sandwiches. For the group. They were just as I remembered.

Employees are very friendly and considerate to customers' time. Every visit here during lunch makes a great work day.

Excellent employees! Hard-working and friendly. Very clean inside dining and efficient. Food is always made to order and consistent. Solid drive thru also!

I will drive out of way for What-a-burger and this location did not disappoint. Great food and the guy taking my order was very polite. 100% recommend.
