I was having issues with my phone and Axel was able to resolve them pretty quickly! He was super helpful and helped me upgrade my plan. He was super patient and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a MetroPcs store in years!

Does not treat you as just another customer with just another dollar. I hope MetroPCS gives him the recognition and appreciation he deserves. He helped my elderly mother and I greatly. The Lady behind the counter who helped me more than words can tell, I'm not sure of the correct spelling of her name, but it is pronounced KEE. I also just wanted to "Go On Record" as saying that she was absolutely 5 Star Platinum, And, I don't know what you are paying her, But whatever it is, IT'S NOT ENOUGH!!! I just switch my services to MetroPCS because of bad customer service that I had with my previous carrier. But after my great experience with Vincent I'm happy to be customers for this store. This is my first smart phone and he took his time to teach me everything. Vincent your truly heaven sent.

After visiting 2 stores, East Colonial dr near Bumby and South Semoran near Old Cheny .Both store with TERRIBLE service and neither able to help with transfering my info from an old to new phone, I decided to try my luck at the Orange ave store.I was assisted by Bianca , who unlike the other stores
( who gave a minimal effort) .Bianca tried multiple time and multiple methods to retrieve my photos, my work related notes,contacts and was even able to get my music too! She was a lifesaver and a true proffessional.Highly recomend this store and Bianca and her staff for any and all you phone needs.Thank you and God bless Bianca

The girl was super cute. And even thou she was super busy because Metro PCS hates their employees and makes girls work all by themselves. She did a great job taking care of my mother.
