Although I called this lawyer for bankruptcy (she no longer does them) she, herself, actually spent a good 40 minutes explaining to me all the ins and outs of filing for it. She told me the truth, good and bad, asked me a tons of questions about my situation, and gave me answers too! Ms. Higgins sent me a checklist to work from so that I could gather all the paperwork necessary to bring to our first meeting.
