Blackhat is basically my go-to vape shop and favorite one in the area. Huge selection of original liquids mixed in-house with something for everyone. Friendly and helpful staff keeps me coming back as a regular.

THE Vape shop on the beaches with awesome customer service! Their house liquids are good and Joe and Dave keep the premium flavors flowing for most types of taste. They stand by their products and make sure to sell only quality juices and equipment. If you have a question, they've always got good advice to give.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Took the time to listen to what I was looking for. I will definitely go there again. **Update** I have continued to go to this vape store since I originally reviewed them two years ago. It is a place I trust to know what they are talking about. I finally had to replace my old vape after nearly 7 years today. He took the time to explain a lot of options to me to get something that was what I was used to and make sure it was affordable. After two years and many visits for supplies I am still glad I found this place. They are a lot different from the other shops I've been in. I would highly recommend them to both the experienced vape user as well as the novice. You should at least check them out.

I've been a patron of Black Hat for years now, and they've never steered me wrong. This location and the one in Murray Hill are both awesome. Their great flavors of in-house liquid, reasonable prices, and wonderful salespeople keep me coming back. At the beaches location, David is particularly amazing and always has spot on reccomendations.

Love this place! The people are great and are super laid back. They definitely know their stuff! They can help you find exactly what you're looking for but won't push you to buy stuff you don't need. Plus they have a great rewards points program and they always remember me! I will never go anywhere else!!

These guys are vapor enthusiasts! Their friendly, helpful attitudes really set this shop apart from others. The employees will patiently help you find a flavor that you like and tailor your nicotine level to your needs. They will also custom mix flavor combos at no additional cost.

When I have broken my equipment, I've brought it into the shop and the guys/girls are often able to repair it (or identify whatever I've done wrong) and have me on my way with a functional device. They don't charge anything for repairs and are happy to fix your equipment even if you did not purchase it from them. The employees never try to up-sell you or tell you to get things that you don't need. They are all about quality, not quantity.

Also, their juice and equipment prices are insanely inexpensive compared to other places I've been. I purchased a 10ml bottle of juice at another shop for $12.00 and got the EXACT same flavor (if not better!) in a 30ml bottle (!!!) for the same price at Blackhat.

They have something to offer for everyone...whether you're new to vaping or an advanced vaper who builds mods. I really can't say enough good things about this place.

Best Vapor Shop in Jax!!! Been going here for years. After trying many vape shops I found this place to have the cleanest atmosphere with the friendliest staff. Not only do they remember you and your likes, they are extremely knowledgeable and always welcoming. LOVE!

Blackhat Vapor is awesome. I've been a patron of their Jax Beach location for a couple of years, and part of that reason is simply their staff. The guys in the shop are super knowledge, friendly and nice. I constantly forget his name, but the guy that's usually there every time I go in is great. He has helped me find my favorite devices and flavors, and has never steered me wrong. Blackhat is definitely my favorite vape shop to visit, and in my opinion, the best one in town!

Very friendly and extremely helpful. Not only were all of my questions answered, but when I decided to buy a new dripper they even built and installed the coils/cotton for me, and were happy to teach me how to do it myself. Large selection of juices as well. The Black Granite is pretty damn good.

I just went into this location not knowing anything or having any expectations but I'm leaving blown away. Andrew is absolutely amazing! this is hands down the best shop I've ever been to, and that is an understatement. Andrew took the time to answer any questions and to educate me on all things vape. The atmosphere is super chill and Andrew is the most knowledgeable person I've ever come across on vaping knowledge. The experience was more than I could have ever imagined and their prices R the best in town!!! go to the shop you will never regret it.

Raced in there last week in a rush to get out of town.
Some of these places are so slow moving, it takes all day to get set up.
But not Black hat! I was in and out in 30 minutes with a great vape that was in my price range.
I wasn't pushed to buy something I couldn't afford and the vape I got is AWESOME!
THE 2 guys that helped were so nice, non-judgemental about the fact that I was on a budget and even told me that if I didn't like the flavor or if it wasn't strong enough, to come on back in.
It turns out that everything was perfect and today is day 8 without a cigarette.
Unbelievable!. I'm so grateful to this place. I was a heavy smoker. I never thought I'd stop.
I have to go back today to re-up on my flavor and get a new coil. I can't wait to share the good news! These guys are super cool. Really nice.

The people are nice and answer your questions. They have a large selection of flavors and different batteries. Their liquid is much better quality than others we've tried. The store is beautiful and clean just like their other shop.

The team at Blackhat is awesome--every location. I researched via online, and I was really drawn in by their dedication to help people stop smoking. I had a really great, informative conversation that went over an hour and a half (Edgewood). During that time, I saw the guys give exemplary customer service to everyone that walked in. I purchased my vape from their Atlantic Beach location, and, again, super knowledgeable and super helpful. I have not had a bad experience with them, and they've become the only vaping store that shop.

If I had to give one criticism...
They offer an amazing rewards program for their customers. Unfortunately, the seem to ALWAYS be out of membership cards for me to take advantage of this. They told me to save my receipts, and they could add them later. I have like 6-7 receipts saved for when I can join.

Great staff, always willing to take time to talk to a newbie or answer more technical questions. Has all the newest stuff and the basics for your vaping needs. All quality products too. And best of all, hands down best prices in town.

I’ve been to this shop since I’ve started vaping 4 years ago. They always give me great service. Today I had the best service ever from Joe! He helped me find EXACTLY what I want and didn’t try to update me or anything. I really appreciate it!

No one in Jacksonville seems to carry coils for my older tank so I went in to purchase a new one. The guy (wish I'd caught his name) was super helpful and knowledgeable. I think I've found my new vape shop.

Great experience, knowledgeable staff. Changed my mind a few times, asked a ton of questions, and never got any bit of attitude. I will definitely be returning, and would recommend this shop for anybody interested in vaping.

A friend recommended this shop to me and I'm glad he did! The guys were extremely helpful. You can test all of the flavors to find what fits you best. Definitely not out to get your money. This will be the only shop in Jax that I'll visit.
