Publix Super Market at Plant City Crossing is located at:
2515 Thonotosassa Rd. Plant City, Florida 33563.
This is one of the finest Publix Supermarket that I have had the pleasure of visiting.
The selection of groceries is amazing, and the store is very clean.
The employees are very friendly and helpful.
I Strongly recommend !!!

Shopping anywhere else truly is a let down. Whether it's slight or an "Oh my gosh, I need out of here and into a Publix immediately" moment, the subtleties of the cleanliness alone makes shopping a pleasure!! Not to mention, the professionalism, helpful associates and integrity of the department managers!! I have loyalty shopped Publix forever because they do not disappoint, including, if something does go wrong, they make it right! Pure joy🥰

Went to get fried Chicken from Publix and was told it would take 45 minutes to get this fried Chicken. So I did some shopping and waited and waited and waited after the girl told me it would take 45 minutes. Another lady got there and she was waiting with me , and she waited thirty minutes for us to be told that it would take fifteen minutes for the fried chicken to be made after we had waited forty five minutes for myself and thirty minutes for this other lady , it was ridiculous

This is a Great local Store for all your needs.
My personal Dislike is the New Age Self Checkout.
I'm a Rancher.many weeks Alone working it.
When I go to town is Great to have Small talk with people not Self Checkout.
Employees are the Best Always Treated with RESPECT.LOVE THIS PUBLIX.

Jorge, in the Subs section, he is literally the best employee by far. The guy went faaaaaaar and beyond to explain to me and advise me on what stuff I want in my sub because it’s my first time ever getting a sub from Publix. Give him employee of the year already, I personally never seen an employee anywhere else as welcoming and patient as Jorge. Thank you.

Clean as always, it always so nice to walk in into a very clean store, nd everyone is always so helpful nd kind.

I came here for lunch and I didn’t know there was a buy one get one free for the popcorn chicken, and I was kindly helped by I believe her name is Michelle, she was very nice and sweet. She had a great attitude, and she was very welcoming, she definitely made my first experience coming here great. Thank you!!

Store is always a nice clean welcoming environment. I even found an item that I suggested they purchase months ago and I'm ecstatic! I don't mind the self-checkout. It's alot smoother process than Walmart

Clean....friendly ...but mostly enjoyed fast accurate customer service and spacious aisles. Smiles all around, with the persona exceeding that of the greatest of qualities from any store anywhere in the entire W🌎RLD.... that is the ability to demonstrate patience, all the while exhibiting the pride and positivity it is necessary to achieve a customer base with smiles all smiling right back at you...it's a no-brainer as to why Publix has been a societal standard for generations of yesterday, today, and tomorrow. With a multitude of generations to look forward to shopping next to, it is nostalgic....

I hate the parking lot of this place but once you make it inside the staff is friendly. They will ask if you need help and if you do.... they will walk you to the item. Nicely done.

Great publix! The staff was so helpful and friendly. They even helped us with breakfast restaurant recommendations.

Love the staff here. They are helpful, kind. I once picked up a buy one get one free, one staff chased me down and brought me the second free item! We shop here frequently due to the excellent customer service and there is always a riding shopping cart for my husband to use. Only once in the 4 years we've been here that we couldn't find a riding cart. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Love this Publix. Generally fully stocked and good prices especially their sales. Newer self check out Isles makes things even easier unless you are like me and enjoy the smiling faces behind the check out registers. Those lines are fast also! Keep up the good work Publix employees!
