We SHOPPED for home insurance. Finally out relator/friend referred us to Goosehead Insurance. I mean as a consumer. Nobody likes to pay big money for insurance. But, we want to be insured. Shelly is our agent and we have to say, she made the experience extremely pleasant and got us a good rate. She made us feel like we were the only customers in the world. She worked her magic. She made things happen to save us money. Like a new inspection etc. She was fast. Always quick to respond to communication. With very little effort on our part we were insured. We recommend this company 10/10

Goose head has to be the low life choice because of the experience they put me and every single Customer they ever did business with. Customer service is atrocious with the only viable option to schedule a call through their site. No one is willing to help and you can never get straight answers. I can see why their reviews have been nothing but 1 star. Please stay away from them as far as possible!

I am going to leave goosehead because I consider it harassment that you request a review every day! This is creepy!
